FundingPips permanently terminated all…
FundingPips permanently terminated all of my accounts, alleging "coordinated trading."
However, after multiple emails, they have never identified the specific provision of their published Terms & Conditions that I allegedly violated. Instead, I have only received generic template responses repeating the same conclusion without explaining the contractual basis for their decision.
The only example they referred to appears to be a single allegedly similar trade out of the many trades I executed. I have no knowledge of, relationship with, or communication with the third party they referenced. I have never copied anyone's trades or shared trading signals.
Moreover, even the example they provided does not show identical execution timing, making it difficult to understand how it can reasonably be classified as copied trading. In active financial markets, independent traders can legitimately enter similar positions based on the same market conditions.
Transparency and fair treatment require more than a generic statement. After repeated requests, I am still waiting for a clear, case-specific explanation supported by evidence.

After passing phase 1, I got the phase 2 account within few minutes and after passing phase 2 also I got the master account within few hours after completion of my verification. I really thank full to the fundingpips for such kind of gesture and hope the same for the payout also.

My Hard Work Ended in One Honest Mistake
I never imagined I would have to write a review like this.
I spent my hard-earned money to buy a FundingPips account because I believed it could help me improve my financial situation. I traded with strict discipline, always using a small stop loss, proper risk management, and technical analysis. I never traded news intentionally.
One day, without realizing there was a restricted high-impact news event, I held a trade during the prohibited time. It was not a deliberate attempt to break the rules or exploit volatility. It was simply an honest mistake.
I immediately explained everything to the support team, shared my trading approach, and asked them to review my trading history. I accepted responsibility for not checking the news calendar and sincerely apologized. All I asked for was a one-time exception based on my genuine circumstances.
Instead, every reply referred to the zero-tolerance policy. No consideration was given to my trading history, my intentions, or the fact that I had earned my profits through disciplined trading. It felt as though my explanations were never truly considered.
What hurts the most is not just losing the account. It's losing the time, effort, and money I invested, knowing that one unintentional mistake erased everything without any opportunity for understanding or goodwill.
I respect that every company has rules. However, I also believe great companies know how to distinguish between intentional abuse and an honest first-time mistake. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with FundingPips.
If you plan to trade with FundingPips, make sure you understand every single rule before placing a trade. Even one accidental violation may permanently end your account, regardless of your intentions or your trading history.
This review reflects my personal experience.
