THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND FRAUDSTERS, KEEP AWAY!!!! DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!

Promises made not kept I was not given the option to reply to the fundit response. You cannot trust what they tell you. I reluctantly gave them my credit card and allowed them to charge $2000 as Killian their representative promised me 15 to 30,000 I should’ve trusted my gut but I didn’t don’t deal with them. After a long battle management approved my refund of $2000 and a week later took that promise back I am still going to pursue the return of my $2000. Killian didn’t have the guts to call me back and said he was only making 500 instead of $1000 as would be customary on a $2000 deal. I can’t prove that because it was a telephone call, but I’m not wet behind the ears. Brittany was the one that told me my refund was approved and sent me an email to that effect after waiting a full week for a wire transfer of the funds. I was notified that they declined after approving. like I say I should’ve trusted my gut because it was a high-pressure clothes on a Friday afternoon. I even tried to stop the charge against my Wells Fargo credit card, but I couldn’t so they got the money. I argue with them for a month and then they finally concede to sending me my money back and a week later, I know I’m being redundant, but I’m not very happy right now management declined the refund . I have emails to the management requesting the owner’s name or so someone who can justify the bait and switch. I told him I’m not gonna let this die until they refund my money. Even Brittany the first counselor I spoke to said you’re within your 30 days to get a refund and she came back saying oh I was with Smb and I didn’t know fund it change the rules. I argue with her for a month after which she sent me an email stating a refund was approved a week later it wasn’t don’t deal with them.

I've been trying to get ahold of Michelle and even the main office but no answer, no call back and no reply to emails. They tell you what you want to hear even if it's lies just to get your money. I took a loan to help build my business credit and they lied and said it would show up and after 50% payment, I would be able to reevaluate based on the payments I have made and now no one will return my calls or answer any emails. This company is a scam. Do not believe anything they try to sell

I liked how easy it was to find information and complete terms of this program and their options. As a small business, there always seemed to be a "runaround" when researching programs or business capital options, but Fundit was not only legit, but super helpful and fast! Our personal rep Michelle Carter went the extra mile in answering questions and being so available to discuss full options for our business. We even had a family member medical emergency to tend to, and she was very flexible with getting all of our information. She even checked in numerous times asking how that family member was doing. You just don't get that type of service nowadays! Thank you Michelle and the Fundit team!

Alex got us the funding we needed when we needed it. As a mom and pop that’s everything.

Alex Rodregeuiz is an absolute liar! I asked him if the draw fee was a fee that I would have to pay every time I pulled money out. He stated it was only the first time. I paid the loan back very fast and now need to draw funds again to cover and I am going to get charged the same amount of the draw fee!
Great place if you don’t mind them lying to get you to pay all the fees! Customer service was great for first couple days. Then he stopped contacting me even though he was supposed to be working on a long term loan. Had me take out multiple 9 month loans stating this is what we have to do to get to the long term loan. I will be paying well over $30,000 for just over $100,000 in funding. What a waste of my time and my money. Now I have. A $30,000 deficit I need to now cover. Be very careful!!!

David Clark tried to coheres me into changing my review. Here is a text message from him to me… “Hello Delwyn, Is there anything I can do to change that review? I am trying to get you the term loan but I am having a hard time connecting again.” Connecting again had a reference to his underwriter. He had no issues contacting me. He also informed me that the employee that lied to me was reprimanded. That is great but it does not resolve the monies that I am losing because of his lies.

I did not stop the process! They did because I told them I will not change the review. As stated before “BE VERY CAREFUL USING THESE PEOPLE!”

Michelle Carter helped me to get funded she so helpful, she explain to me the whole process before anything else, even thou I dint get the total amount that they offer for at first because of the process and requirements at first I got qualified for 17k but because my DBA was not showing to my business bank statement even thou I forwarded my voided check and some documents that my dba was there but they dint still accept it, but Michelle was able to find another underwriter to fund me for less amount thank you
