I bought a package of their Instant Classic. They have very dangerous rules that show that traders only have to take fees and give nothing. 1. Cannot open more than one trade, otherwise account breach 2. Cannot withdraw before three minutes, otherwise account breach 3. They give ten percent profit, cash out after target, should stay away from it

I purchased a license to use their software and made the payment successfully, but I never heard from them.

I have sent multiple emails requesting activation of the product, but have received no response.

I am reporting this transaction to my bank as well as Stripe.

All gone, licences locked and nobody answer to any message!

In 2021 I bought EA "Swing VIP" with unlimited license key. The EA works fine and is very profitable, but on 2024 April 5th they locked my license without no explanation and they not replying to my emails, calls and etc...They have not responded for over 1 week... This is really an unprofessional move from this company (Now called Fund My FX).
Support service does not respond but the sales page works to buy a 12 month access to the Swing VIP licence.
I'm very disappointed after 3 years being a client of this company and no reply from the company to my concerns.

I'm a Fundmyfx customer and I've had no response from support for several weeks. It's unacceptable, my license has been blocked and I'm asking for it to be reactivated. It's a real shame because their robots are not bad.
