Using this platform has made this experience so easy to fundraise! I would highly recommend it to anyone trying to make it better for their participants to get folks "on board" for their charity, non-profit or mission organization!

The site is confusing to navigate. For example, every time I tried to find out who had made donations, it took multiple tries to find the list. It was also hard to find the place where the link to my fundraiser was (which I needed to find multiple times to share). When I wanted to add a video after initially setting up my page, it was very difficult to find and figure that out.

FundRazr is a great way to raise money. I did one for our dog's vet bill. I was able to raise the money quickly with the help of my friends. Thank you FundRazr!

A supported approached us about running a 50Km tail run to raise funds for Latino Outdoors. We used this an an opportunity to try out FundRazr. The platform was easy to use and share. We exceeded our fundraising goal and plan to continue to use FundRazr for future campaigns.

I've NEVER used this site, but somehow they got my CC number and charged me 7$!!! Scammers!!!

FundRazr is free and easy to use. I love that it sends out emails automatically and that I can post to other social media accounts with just the click of a button. Setting up payment through Paypal is simple.

I donated to what I now know is a fraudulent campaign about a year ago. This campaign has pictures of a sick girl along with a sad story. Since then, I have received daily spam to my personal email account (not through Fundrazr) with the same recycled messages, begging for more money. DAILY. There is no record of this patient or her family anywhere else on the web. Fundrazr has ignored my two requests to look into this campaign, and they have raised thousands of dollars. Fundrazr says if they look into a campaign and don't find it fraudulent, they will not reply to you... then how do you know they've looked into it? Let me show you the hundreds of emails I have, Fundrazr. It's a shame for any legitimate campaigns, but I will not trust this site again.

I had a great experience using Fundrazr! The admin pages can be a little hard to navigate as there's multiple of the same categories under your own profile, your organization's profile and each campaign, but it was easy to get a hold of someone at Fundrazr if I needed help. Setting up our actual campaign page was easy, and seemed easy to use for donors as well.

We do have done an annual fundraiser on your platform since 2016. This year Shannon Reeb talked to me about the little tweaks I could make to have a more successful fundraiser. We raised $18,000 more this year. Thank you for the help.

Our first venture into an online fundraising event. Our expectations were modest and we were overwhelmed by the generosity of our donors.
It was a simple, efficient page to develop. Loved the constant coaching and prompts to post an update. Will definitely use the format in the future when required. The face of fundraising in the future!!! Thank you!

Leading up to our campaign I had several questions regarding the set-up, email uploading issues, account information, and so forth. I found your system for replying to answer questions much less than adequate. I waited hours even days for responses. The replies did not provide answers to my questions, in fact, the last question I asked never was responded to.
My issue with uploading my emails took 4 days to fix, and I will say your personnel ended up doing that for me. That was the one positive.
I was so frustrated with your system for responses to questions. Literally saying in will be two hours but the fact is I never received a response within 6 hours and only because I repeated my questions.
This is the second time I have used your company for this type of fundraising but there will not be a third time.
The only reason it is not 1 star is that while the campaign was running, your program does a good job of keeping track of information and donations.
