Fundstarters charge high prices for their services and , in my experience, do a very poor job.
This comapny reache out to me via Kickstarter caliming to b a pro PR agency helping projects go get attention and backers on Kickstarter´s crowdunding site. After charging around 1500 USD, they said they needed 1000 USD more to place an article via Cesion to reach the right audience. When I called Cesion they could not find the article they were supposed to marekt !! When I mailed abbout this to Fundstarters they said they should send the article to 10K potential backers instead via email. AFter that nothing happenend, I did many times try to have a sync video meeting with them, and the did book of booked meetings and never did anser when they could take a sync meeting. AFter the campaign, I had spent 2500 USD with them and no results!!!!! (To be fair I should say they made a good presentation video for the project). When I afterwards try to contact them or call them no one answers, and their names of the people who claimed to work there can not be found on the Internet, besides a Tania Shakeel who did sign the agreement. They do onot ansser telephone or mail. Basically I would advice any potential Kickstarter campaign to stay away from this company.
