I was happy with Michelle from The Twilight Group in Worthing back in 2020 when I/we drew up my will and trust. My will went to National Federation of Funeral Directors (NFFD LTD) in their vault.. have certificates and have paid annually for the safe keeping. However my Dec payment didn't go out, so I tried numerous times to contact, email's bounce back, look up on Google but not successful, tried Twilight Group, the place in Worthing is now called Funeral hub and future funeral planning.. with an 0800 number (keeps ringing) and a .org.uk address (not a secure address) so atm my will is somewhere, no one to contact, so I'm at a loss and concerned.. any ideas?

I paid for a power of attorney over a year ago and I still don’t have it I’ve made several phone calls to them and I still dont have my power of attorney I phoned them today and the man was very rude to me not happy with this company

I recently purchased 3 single earrings but mistakenly ordered one of them in gold instead of silver. I immediately responded to the email attached asking if I had any questions about the order I had placed. I asked if they could cancel the gold earring and replace with silver. No response....very disappointed with Customer Service as I received the gold earring. No answer..or explanation. I can't return due to hygiene reasons.Sadly I won't be purchasing from this site again.
