Order never arrived, nor did a reply

Hello,
This is regarding order #23317, made on May 12 2025. First of all, I never got a follow-up e-mail (except for the 1st one, confirming the order), about shipping and delivery date. Since I had to move from the address where I was living and I wasn't quite sure when the order would arrive, I wrote a message via this very channel - I don't remember exactly when, probably around May 20 -, saying that, in case the order didn't arrive until May 25 (the date I left that address), if you could please cancel the order and reimburse me. I never heard back from you. Moreover, I believe the order was never delivered, since my friend who passed by my old house never found the package. Could you please get back to me and tell me what happened?
Thank you.
p.s. this is very frustrating, since I was a customer of yours who had already purchased the product twice... but via Amazon.
