Bad aftersales
I had purchase in the past a machine from funinVR. Started lovely yeah we will help you with after team sales and everything you need. Machine arrived fans where not working. After that not even 1 year they say your machine is an old system things need to be change. Then why sell me an old system.. after that needed to troubleshot alot. After about 2 years with the machine, they say you need to change the joystick there old. So i ask the what would it be to change both of them. The say around $500. So they are the experts they should send me both setup for the seat. When package arrive and i was sick for a time being could change the wires. Finally when i could have change the wire they say you would need to test 1 first then pay again to receive the other set of wires. So why did you charge me before. And saying to me i order 1 where they are the experts to set me up for the machine.
