I tried the protein powder (lean pro 30) chocolate flavor. I'm working on reducing the amount of water or increasing the amount of powder because using the suggested preparation it tastes too diluted, I prefer a mix that feels more thicker. In addition, the chocolate flavor is not my favorite, so far I haven't found any protein powder with a chocolate flavor that I like. Maybe I was expecting a mix that could replace a meal, but this is not the case, it's actually a supplement for nutritional upgrade, but how can I validate the improvement in my nutrition derived from this product?
Next time I'll try another flavor, and I'm sure I'll get to the right balance of water and powder that will actually meet my taste preference.
