Ordered a pair of jodhpurs as a gift for a friend in early March, needed for the start of April. Chased after three weeks only to be told it’d be April, but they’d advise a specific date in a few days. Never heard from them again despite commenting on Facebook posts and sending email queries. Luckily refunded by PayPal. Looking back at their Facebook posts there’s only one regular person liking or commenting. I suppose a company who likes their own posts should have been a red flag.

Amazing customer service and really good quality stuff!
I reached out to them after seeing something at their trade stand and seriously regretting not buying it. They didn't have to but they kept it back for me and posted it to me once they were back from their next trade show. I'll forever be very grateful

This company's service is ridiculously and a joke!
I order the product on the 25th September 2024 its now the 25th Nov and still no order!!

I've had to chase for updates the ENTRIE time, the item I ordered on the website that said in stock turns out it never was.

They sent me a delivery notification 1 WEEK AGO! Confirming it was on its way and the tracking advises it was 24hrs tracked yet there is NO UPDATE since, despite my email and also checking royal mail
The company have been stone walling me since emailing asking for them to look Into it.
I wish I'd never used for company as its been nothing but a let down not just for me but for a small child.!

WOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS WISH I WENT TO SOMEONE ELSE! WILL BE BAD MOUTHING AND NOT RECCOMENDING THEM TO ANYONE

Really fun stuff. I have bought leggings, cycling shorts and a personalised hoodie, I’ve been very happy with them and they have been delivered promptly.

My 4 nearly 5 year olds favourite brand… he is obsessed… rides in their horse riding wear. Goes shopping in their leggings and sleeps, yes sleeps, in their joggers. An outfit to match each and every one one of his moods!! Fantastic customer service and to be quite frank a very lovely lady who runs this company!! Constantly on the lookout for new designs to kit him out in!

Brilliant capri leggings. I picked up 3 pairs and they are gorgeous. I'm a bigger girl and they have ones that fit me. Perfect for yoga! The designs look exactly like the website pictures and they're incredibly soft and stretchy. Plus customer service with the owner was great. 5* I'll be ordering some more next month!
