Funky lash is my fave! Products are second to none and always order without any issues! 💖💖💖

Late delivery. Incorrect product sent. Multiple emails sent, however no reply. Called a mobile number on the website and was advised that they “don’t have access to their emails”!?! Advised that they would send the correct product out… however failed to take any details from me to confirm the order!?!

Update: There doesn’t appear to be a means of replying to the sellers reply - therefore I would like to express my opinion that a passive aggressive reply from the seller, containing multiple exclamation marks is unnecessary and simply supports my review outlining a lack of structure and a lack of professionalism.

Ordered a white lamp. They sent a pink one. Returned it 3 Feb and 3 weeks later no refund sent - using excuse after excuse so I have had to raise a dispute with PayPal. They only did the refund because PayPal found in my favour. They didn’t even refund my £3.20 postage to return the item. Pathetic attempts to justify holding on to my money for almost a month!
Do not buy from this unprofessional company, no idea of good customer service
