Sadly paid for an item that I never received. Paid extra for express Royal Mail delivery and same as previous review the Royal Mail didn’t receive an order . They had sent me an email with postage confirmation but that wasn’t the case. I’ve Been trying to contact them for a refund and the number doesn’t work & also the voicemail is for another company or has another company name. The live chat never works I’ve tried during their online opening times and it says no one is available. No answer & no email reply . Very unhappy and would advise against ordering from here. There’s also no reviews on the actually website which now thinking back can be a bit of a red flag some times .

I ordered a Medusa headgear for a fancy dress party and paid online. They sent me an email in a couple of days that the order had shipped. They also gave me a Royal Mail shipping reference. When I tried to track the package, Royal Mail showed there was no such reference number. I sent the company multiple emails, messages and calls but no response. Thankfully I only ordered something worth less that £10, but this is really awful. Advice to others - please do not order anything from this company, there are much better places that sell the same stuff and that are reliable.
