Disgusting no receipt service on new boxed defect mouse

It is with absolute disgust that I was refused a refund or even allowed to swop a defect mouse for €15, at the Newbridge outet, after showing the manager/ staff member a video of how defective the said mouse was.

I had no receipt; HOWEVER THE MOUSE WAS IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, and in original condition, I went so far as even showing the manager the proof of purchase for 13th March on my banking app, he still refused and said he would not assist in a refund/ exchange, he needed the receipt..

This is totally unacceptable and would like a reply in this regard.

Items were as described

Items were as described. Funtech texted me about one item that was out of stock and suggested an alternative but sourced the original item from one of their shops and had it delivered the following day. Communications were very good Would use again without hesitation

Have had many bad experiences but these…5

Have had many bad experiences but these people get gold medal. Appalling service. 3 trips to Balbriggan to get an item on their website. On each occasion staff member rang boss and was told it would be there within a couple of days. Never arrived. Then tried twice to order item online. Money returned with no explanation. Item still on website. Were aware item being processed for boy with autism. AVOID

Excellent aftersales service from Fun-Tech.

I ordered my phone cover a few days before Christmas, and due to what I can only surmise as a problem with the post delivery system, I received the package on January 05.
I am impressed with the after-sales service. I sent an e-mail in the last week in December to mention I had not received the package, I received a reply very quickly.

Delivery was fast and well…

Delivery was fast and well communicated. The device wasn’t quite applicable to my needs since it requires uninterrupted internet access and I wanted to use it to turn off/on my broadband router.
