FRAUD ALERT!!!! Over a dozen charges I have had with them over the weekend. Without explanation Funzpoints on every single charge double it. This resulted in draining my account -170. Without any explanation or reasoning. I have reached out to their support but now it’s been over an HR and Nothing. No word no response as to why every purchase after the fact was doubled. DO NOT USE!!!

I like the fact you can redeem your money and then out of what you won you can pick the amount to keep playing and not have to worry about spending what you don't want to. Also quick pay outs. I don't win as much as I used to but I still do okay. There is only a handful of games on there that I like the rest will take my money everytime, or if you win you end up with a few cents. Not worth playing those. Over all I like it.

Reported these thiefs and money laundering thiefs to the law enforcement and will have them get audited and investigated and will hear about them on the tv news shut down and charges witv federal criminal charges ! They won’t even give me the w-2g since they don’t report and they have money launder but they will be caught up soon oh ya and they made sure to get me clean up and taken every penny until they closed my account after. They did that and after they were aware of my circumstances and continued to allow me to gamble and taken advantage of my situation and vulnerable state and me Chasing after my loss to gain back instead they assured they took. It all and thank their retire me and say we’re issuing u a refund from June 2 and till the last deposit well mind u ! I had 24 on my card and in the email they stated 31 transactions but only 25 were made via my card and the rest were wining me that I had transfered but than canceled them in the middle of the transfer so that’s still considered my deposit and but their response was contridicting! Oh the money I added with my card they were not played and lost but the transfered money that u didn’t miss count in the total transaction. Amount in deposit ! 7 of them were from the funzwallet to and 24 from my card ! But they only coukd refund the card money cus the other one was there miney when they have made in less than a month off all the wagering over $80000 and they just refunding me $700 and. When I lost over $5000 in cash and the winning that I lost were $8450 that they made mkney kn that 5 times off tve wagering kept on gojng up and down and oh ya while playing the magic lamp I never play dre count after that hit of bonus on that game ! When I finished the game I see my self. In the free coin I was like this pages looks different and oh ya I had to manual my switch it ! They don’t have control of the games or anything will get to find out soon as they will be investigated and audited !

Fun Funzpoints is a joke they choose when u win they say they don't and thats bs. They let u win tell u get higher in levels then u will never win again I play everyday I haven't won a dime since January. I won't be giving this site another dime they are crooks.

Ultimately it was my fault I thought there was multiple charges I disputed the charges my account was suspended I explained my situation to him they left the suspension on my account and we're super super nice especially the guy and the girl I dealt with Kevin and Marissa thanks guys

This is the first time I read any reviews and I wish I would have from day one. I’ve been playing for a while now and add I had an account that someone had to do fraudulent deposit and pay it when my phone was stolen stuff and when I did chargebacks with my credit card, they close my account And that’s if I paid them back the deposits that I was not responsible for they weren’t gonna open so therefore I open another account and I didn’t make a new name. I use my I didn’t. I wasn’t doing nothing presently at one account recently and two days ago I went to go redeem my winnings I have had on my account over $900 and they contact me and tell me basically that oh no I’m not getting my $900. I think they’re keeping it because I opened up another account which was against the rules and regulations and they’re not give me my money OK but they will give me reimburse me what I deposited so now I’m telling them just now. OK give me back all the money deposit discounts and I was just right, because I can guarantee it was thousands and thousands of dollars This is disgusting and yes the person that said that is a recall section lawsuit please somebody notify me if we can get started because I strongly believe that their money hungry vultures and I was able to win several times but I can’t even cash out what I want. It’s ridiculous and it’s disgusting and sent needs to be done to customer service is the lowest I’ve ever been to any site and it’s fraud so it’s not sitting well with me and I’d like to take it to another level. I did contact the family member that is employed by Better Business Bureau hopefully she gets back to me soon because I’m not letting this go. Customer service is what runs a company what keeps the company afloat not the money to customer service because good customer service brings more customers think I’m more customers are you going downhill so that’s all I’m saying because I already had 14 family members in past 24 hours step back from your account and who is the say how many accounts their friends opened altogether how many people they referred to funzpoints so unless I am awarded my close to $1000 like before this weeks over I’m taking it to the box because this is absurd and you guys are vultures and thieves especially when I can prove my innocence on that first account that my phone was stolen, and Ken was hacked into my bank. This ain’t the only thing that I was fraudulently hit with with my phone was stolen, but this is one thing that I am going to dispute the most other things I mean the person that stole my identity through my phone is driving a Mercedes that they purchased under my name as well so I’m already living on top of this. No I’m not a pushover and I thank you guys for proving to me that cons you guys can be. And fyi I had one account opened and you gots closed it due to me requesting unauthorized chargebacks on my card and you Guys demanded that I canceled the chargebacks and be out my money from my bank that I didn’t do. So after you closed that account I had opened one and when I won you refused to pay me out that is foul all the way around.

I also have been a part of the Funzpoints Family for around 3 years now. There are so many positives to Funzpoints it's hard to name them all but here's a few; Great Customer Service either via email or phone! (some sites make you fill out this form or that form, it's crap), No play through, you spend $20 and come up you can cash out! (None of this deposit $20, wager 254579863268x that to withdraw, that's complete BS), super fast withdrawal waiting time (after initial with- drawl, it's fast, not 3-5 business days).
So thanks Funzpoints for being the best Customer Service, For speedy withdrawal delivery and for no BS wagering playthrough crap. Keep up the amazing work!!

On 4/21/23 I was playing in funzpoint. While I was spinning/betting the game kicked me off. I had to log back in and when I did my winnings were gone. I had 46,700 points($467). I turned in a technical issue. After several emails back and forth they chose to give me $40 in “free play”. I do not recommend this site. I had several lags, continuous spins that would spend for minutes before stopping, and then this. I am so disappointed in this site.

I played so many different site before finally taking a chance with funzpoints. At first I thought the games and graphics were not as "newer looking" as the other sites.
But after site and sites of casinos I noticed they were just the same games with different website names/url/titles. And with funzpoints I saw why it stood out. ..whether it wasnt noticed for my first impression for being different/original/unique as I now came to realizing what a gem it is... Funzpoints really gave my time a chance to value the moments spent playing online..by keeping it simple for the player and rewarding them with payouts and great customer service. Funzpoints is a joke and they are nothing but crooks. They will lure you in by letting win at the beginning when you first sign up but then shortly after you will never win again it is 100% a manipulated rip off scam I have lost a lot of money on nofunzpoints they will lie to you and tell you that it's random but in order for it to be random each individual game should act differently but they don't they all act the same by never letting you to win. DO NOT TRUST PLAYING AT FUNZPOINTS!!! They should be investigated and shut down so they can't keep doing this manipulated scam stealing money from people. The pay lines are extremely horrible and a huge difference from your bets that is if you actually get a pay line. At the most I had made 24 spins with absolutely nothing. It's a joke and a rip off. I would give them a six if that was possible. I have one many many times on funz points and never had a problem getting my money out within 24 hours of any working day if you win during the weekend you have to wait till Monday but on Monday, it’s there, sometimes I lose sure but that’s how it is on any casino. I would give ZERO stars if it allowed me to. They stole all my money when my card was locked. To make it worse they never put it on my account.
