Ho acquistato una lavatrice in data…
Ho acquistato una lavatrice in data 25/07/2026 (ordine 40369) il prodotto non è mai stato consegnato, alla richiesta di rimborso ho ricevuto in risposta una contro richiesta di utilizzare l’apposito formulario presente sul sito. Dopo aver compilato il modulo ho solo ricevuto risposte automatiche che non confermavano l’avvenuto rimborso. A richiesta di ulteriori spiegazioni ho semplicemente continuato a ricevere e-mail automatiche che richiedevano di compilare ancora il formulario sul sito. Al numero di telefono sul sito non c’è stata nessuna risposta. Mi rivolgerò all’associazione consumatori per sospetto scam, non acquistate nulla da questa impresa.
