Definition of Customer Service!
I ordered Zymox Ear Cleanser which Royal Mail kindly lost in their system. Gave them a call after three days and without hesitation, they confirmed that the package had gone astray and sent out a replacement that evening. Excellent product and first class customer service!

Zymox Otic does help
Fast delivery, nice website, and products you can't find anywhere else. Dog has yeast in both ears. Now with the Zymox Otic, the right ear is much much better, and the left one is getting there. Better than it was before for sure when we were using another product. There's definitely an improvement. We will keep using it along with a fresh diet.

Improved glucose control
I was told of this company & product by my dogs vet eye clinic. I am 10 days into using the product but really believe it is helping to control my diabetic dogs glucose levels. Product arrived promptly. I would have given 5 stars but I used contact form a few days ago and have not yet received a reply. Great Product, thank you!
