Great Experience purchasing Natuzzi…

Great Experience purchasing Natuzzi Leather entertainment sofas from Furnimax. Ash delivered great customer service and chucked in a few freebies. Would most certainly recommend and purchase sofas from them again in the near future.

The delivery team were fantastic too and really helpful.

Great price and excellent customer service.

Great price, natuzzi sofas meet our expectations and delivery team were very helpful.
Ash & the team were easy to deal with from the start and were professional & transparent in managing the fact Natuzzi took a month longer than expected to make the sofa.
Recommended if you know what sofa you're looking for.

Went with my parents to purchase a…

Went with my parents to purchase a replacement for their laz-y-boy suite. Sales person really relaxed, no pressure to buy. Found the perfect suite, for a great price, which was delivered 8 day’s later. Even the delivery guys were really polite - speedy installation and they even removed our old suite free of charge. Most importantly, parents are delighted.

Natuzzi Editions leather…

Ordered a Natuzzi Editions leather corner suite with 2 recliners. Furnimax was very competitive on price and customer service was excellent, I was in communication with Ash from start to the sofa arriving which was a special order from Natuzzi in Italy. Just had one issue with a scratch on one of the leather seats, but this was delt with and resolved very quickly.
Delivery was excellent, the two guys were very careful when bringing in the sofa and they unpacked and assembled the sofa, which gave us a chance to check everything was ok, packaging was all removed. All in all I would highly recommend Furnimax. Thank you again Ash for your assistance.

Furniture Wheeler dealers! (BEWARE!!!)

9th of September to 10th of September 2017

Literally got off the phone with one of their so called 'Salesmen' (ASH). After making an offer for a velvet sofa and 1 seater the previous day. He then called me today (the day after), to tell me that the set which I was in the process of purchasing has now been sold! A Very interesting outcome, seeing as ASH had sent me an invoice after we chatted with him and agreed on a fee.

I initially inquired about a 2 seater, but he 'went to check' and it was out of stock, hence my decision on the 3 seater. The only positive is he offered me the same price for the 3 as the initial price of the 2 seater, he even tried to offer me a footstool for an extra £199 or so.

I called their 'Sales Team' which is supposed to be available until 10pm, in order to make a payment. I was told that it would all be taken care of the next day with no problem. ASH then called today to say another 'Sales Team' member had sold our couch to some man who came in and paid cash!!

Furnimax claims to have several 'HAPPY' customers, but I am certainly not one of them. What a waste of time! I guess it must all be about cash. Well done Furnimax, well-done ASH for CASH. I hope you made your sales target and got your bonus!

Dear customer we are really sorry you missed this bargain.. In our mega clearance sale on this occasion you were sent link for online payment however you did not make the payment as you were not sure it go into your flat. As the sofa's were on sale at mega low price and on a first come basis as we explained to you at the time another customer bought and paid for the sofa's. You were offered an alternative of higher value at same price however you refused. The sale was organised by Greenwoods a marketing firm and the terms of sale are widely available and written on ALL invitations.

Enquired regarding sofa price

Enquired regarding sofa price, the price was uncompetitive. A few minutes later I was called back with a revised price, Ash explained he had spoken to the manager and was able to offer a price which was more appealing, I was told to consider the offer and call back within a few days if it was any good. I called back within a few days with additional queries regarding options on the sofa, Ash the salesperson quoted a new price. I received a quote from a competitor and called back a few minutes later to ask if there was any room for negotiation, I was told he wasn't interested, that he wouldn't honour the original offer as I hadn't called back the same day, and that he wouldn't make enough money on it. When I suggested he speak to the manager like last time, he told me he was the manager and I should go elsewhere. Disgusting attitude, dishonourable approach to a sale renaging on an offer, avoid this weasel salesperson and company.

EDIT: The reply to my review below is full of of more fabrications and lies. There was no email exchange between us. When I called back within a few days as agreed I asked about further options on the sofa I received a quote pulled from thin air within a few seconds by Ash the salesperson. I then looked at another supplier who offered a better deal and so went straight back to Ash to see if he could be more competitive as he had been previously. He immediately told me he wasn't interested and I should go elsewhere he also told me he wouldn't honour the original deal and I couldn't speak to the manager because HE WAS suddenly the manager. How could it be to do with Brexit when Brexit hasnt even happened yet, and you've never even spoken with the supplier when i came back to you because all of the pricing which you offered was pulled from thin air. Scumbag. Liar. I did go somewhere else and spent a lot of money, I wouldn't touch your company with a barge pole and certainly wouldn't let you have commission from my pocket.

How you can call yourself professional when you are reneging on agreed price deals is beyond me. You say every time I had a better price because on the two occasions we spoke I did have better prices, the first-time YOU called me back, which is the only reason I attempted to follow up with you again.

With professionalism and courtesy we replied to all of your emails and gave you our best price every time you called us with different combinations for over a month a half. Every time we would give you our lowest price ,you would come back and say that you have had a better price, unfortunately we couldn't give the price you said you could get because it was less than cost price to buy from Natuzzi so we had to let you go to our competitor. You had an initial lower quote from us then came back after a timescale which was after A PRICE INCREASE FROM NATUZZI DUE TO BREXIT. If you can obtain products less than cost price we are happy for you however your review reflects otherwise. we wish you all the best.

Excellent Service - Nutuzzi disapointed

We were recommended Furnimax by two friends
We ordered a Nutuzzi settee back in November with an agreed Delivery date 14 weeks later. We were told this was the maximum it would be and would likely be a little earlier. After 14 weeks, we still did not have a delivery date and neither did Furnimax - Nutuzzi could not confirm it, this went on for two weeks at which point I was going to cancel the order which Tim (the manager) fully accepted and understood my stance. The suite was finally delivered after 16 weeks.
The delivery guys were the best I’ve ever had and taking the old suite out was not a problem.
The next day I called Furnimax to say the suite was much softer than the one in the shop and the leather was all creased. Within 2 hours of sitting on it it looked as if it was ready for the skip. Tim had Castellan come out to check it within a week and they said it was fine and as spec.
At this point Tim could have just left it, but he did not. He accepted I was not happy with it – then spent the next 11 weeks getting Nutuzzi to send new foam to sort the problem and after 3 attempts this was finally installed by Gary, an Independent installer who was fantastic.
I appreciate this makes us sounds like moaners but that was not the case – having spent many thousands on a suite I expect it to be as the one I sat on in the shop and the creasing of the leather on the seats made it look really poor.
We are finally happy with the settee and that is all thanks to Tim. Without him I'd have happily returned it and gone elsewhere and undoubtedly paid more for a similar suite .
I would happily recommend Furnimax and Tim especially but I won’t be buying Nutuzzi again. The price we paid was a lot of money but about two thirds of the price elsewhere that we had looked at.
The delivery guys were great and Tim’s customer care and perservance is second to none. Not once did he make inflated claims and was willing to tell me exactly what he knew.
And in the last week some friends have visited Furnimax and purchased a suite. It was not a Nutuzzi .

Bought a Nattuzzi chair last week, excellent price and service, have bought from them before for a large Nattuzzi sofa which was delivered and positioned where I wanted it, with friendly knowledgeable staff great products and excellent pricing what else but 5*

EXCELLENT SERVICE

I don't normally post reviews after a purchase but making an exception this time, credit where credit is due from walking into the Furnimax outlet in Accrington we were made very welcome after being left to freely browse around with no pressure, when we requested advice from the two sales people it was delivered in a friendly professional manor, we were also offered a coffee. After placing an order for a Lazy boy leather suite consisting of one recliner/riser chair together with two three seat sofas, "Furnimax had these in stock" so no waiting for the x8 to x10 weeks delivery date being quoted from other suppliers, we agreed on a seven day delivery over into Burnley Lancashire.
On delivery of these items the two delivery men brought our new suite into the lounge and set it up in the places we requested, I must say these two gentlemen were very professional and courteous, a few days after delivery I contacted Furnimax Customer Services by phone to pass on our thanks and appreciation, again the lady who answered was very polite.
I must reiterate I do not pass on reviews lightly but this company does deserve an excellent commendation. Thank again.

5 star service

Less than two weeks from visiting the store our new sofa was delivered! We had seen Natuzzi sofas in some of the well known furniture stores but didn't want to pay the prices they were advertising! Did a bit of research and came across Furnimax. We were apprehensive about buying over the internet so as Accrington was only an hour and half away we decided to make a visit. They were so helpful and patient whilst we chose our sofas, helping with measuring etc. We did not feel pressurised into buying on the day and were in fact spoilt for choice! We also bought a fabulous rug there too!

The delivery men were very helpful - there was a mix up with the rug as the wrong one was being delivered but they were very patient whilst we were sorting out the misunderstanding regarding the rug and Furnimax did everything possible to make sure we received the right rug. It arrived the following day by courier so when I came home from work that evening it was in place and finished off my lounge perfectly.

It was a pleasure dealing with Furnimax would recommend all our friends and family who are thinking of buying new sofas to visit . It was well worth the trip to Accrington!

Prompt Service, Quality Product

Having looked at loads of other websites, came across Furnimax which seemed to have a wide selection of Natuzzi suites competitively priced. I was not in a position to physically visit their showroom but sent an email enquiry which was replied to promptly by their sales team. Was slightly apprehensive about purchasing without physically viewing but had purchased Natuzzi furniture before so felt assured about the quality. I was then contacted by their logistics manager to arrange delivery. The couriers rang in the morning to confirm an afternoon delivery. Couriers arrived on time and assembled our brand new Natuzzi leather corner suite. Extremely pleased with the price, service, delivery and beautiful sofa which is exactly as described. I would recommend Furnimax and would use them again when looking for quality furniture.

Sofa

We viewed several showrooms before visiting Furnimax.
Plenty of choice, no sales pressure, Plenty of assistance when needed.
We bought the 3 Piece Suite Dec 31st 2015, it was delivered Saturday at our request 7th Jan 2016. the delivery lads where brilliant, set everything up, removed all the packaging.
very pleased with the suite, would recommend anyone to visit.

Excellent Service

It's not very often I write reviews but I think Furnimax have been excellent. I couldn't visit the showroom in person due to location but the staff were super helpful with additional pictures and leather swatches
I bought 3 sofa's which were quite expensive so I used reviews to decide if it was ok to use Furnimax without seeing the products
I have no hesitation recommending this company - they even kept the sofas for several months while work on my new house was completed
Delivery team were also lovely and set them up where I wanted them

Excellent value , quality and customer service

Furnimax have combined excellent and knowledgeable customer service with a good deal on a made to measure Rom sofa. All the people in the showroom are very pleasant but Ishtiaq went the extra mile to help us choose the perfect sofa for our space without being pushy. They kept me up to date with progress on the sofa and when it would be delivered.

When there was a mistake with ordering they dealt with us as customers very professionally, speedily and with no quibbling. Mistakes can happen and we appreciated the professionalism with which we were dealt.

The delivery men have also been fantastic and spent time and care setting the sofa up and removing the packaging.

Altogether the quality, value and service are excellent and I will look to Furnimax again in the future.

Terrible Customer Service

The service of this company is completely non-existent. I ordered a sofa online, which we established a delivery date for weeks in advance and I was given a time window for delivery.

I only received a message 20 minutes after the delivery window to communicate they were running late (great notice!), when I had planned my day around the delivery and had to leave before they finally arrived. I texted to ask them to call me when they arrived so that I could make the payment over the phone instead and instead they didn’t deliver the sofa at all with no communication until after leaving the building. Apparently they would not accept payment over the phone, which presumably is for less than scrupulous tax reasons, but again this was not communicated to me before ordering the sofa nor when it was actually delivered.

The company then had the nerve to try and charge another near hundred pounds for this poor communication and cock-up on their end, because they had discounted the sofa I bought and redelivering at the agreed cost was not worth their time and money.

They would only half admit that that was the real reason, while refusing to take responsibility for their mistake. It’s completely unacceptable to treat a customer so poorly simply because they haven’t bought an expensive enough sofa from their store. Until they improve their customer service, the company can expect to continue losing money.

We employ an independent courier company for our deliveries who tried to call Jessica the night before with an approximate delivery time to no avail. They texted to give her an approximate time of between 8am and 9am. They then texted again at 8:40am and explained that they were currently stuck in traffic and it was likely they would be there around 10am, they actually arrived at 9:20am. Jessica had agreed to pay cash on delivery clarified twice by email and stated on the order emailed to her prior to delivery, no cash was left, a key had been left for her apartment but the courier was unable to leave the sofa without payment, Jessica did tell the courier that she thought she had paid which she had not. An offer was made to the courier to pay by card over the phone but we do not accept phone payments for security reasons, we did however try to call Jessica to arrange a card payment through our secure website payment portal but got no reply. Jessica told the courier that she didn't want to talk to anyone from our shop and that they needed to sort the problem out which as an outside contractor they were unable to do and returned the sofa to us.

The request for payment for a second delivery was made solely because we pay the couriers £1 a mile plus an extra charge for a second man, in this case a total of £275 which we subsidise and charge only £99, to do a second delivery for free would not be viable on the £699 Natuzzi electric reclining sofa purchased.

We successfully deliver without incident hundreds of suites a year to the London area as you can see from our other positive reviews.
