Communication was excellent. We love our new couch!

Working with Andrew from customer service was an amazing experience. He’s a positive, honest employee, who makes adding to an order easy. Two things that keeps this from being more stars. The claims person I spoke with, for a piece of the modular couch that came broken, was rude, difficult, and condescending. He made getting a warranty replacement for a broken item make me want to never deal with furniture cart again. Also, don’t actually expect to get anything you order in two to four weeks. More like eight weeks, unless you live really close to where they exist.

Bar is great quality and very heavy. I would have liked to have the bar delivered into the room it would be located, but anything more than the garage at $150 would have been $210 MORE. Which I thought was ridiculous. Furniture is as good as expected.

I originally ordered (2) desk sets. When delivered in October 2023, one was damaged. It was returned and a replacement ordered. I received the replacement merchandise (desk) that is also damaged. The top corner of the desk is smashed and the base post is broken. I have tried to work with this company to get the quality merchandise I paid a lot of money for but they have sent a damaged item again. I have dished out money for merchandise, shipping cost and unpacking fees. I would like a refund for the damaged, unusable merchandise. However, in order for me to get my refund, furniture states I need to return the furniture at my expense. They purposely sent damaged furniture and now want me to pay additional funds to return. THIS COMPANY IS DECEITFULLY DECEPTIVE!!!! Do not spend your money with them. There are other companies with the same but quality merchandise!

Ordered a bar, waited almost a month to get some kind of responses as my order still says processing. After I emailed to get updates received response that I may be getting it at the end of Jan into Feb, this is a horrible waiting game. If you need something shipped at a decent time, don’t buy from them.

Andrew was a joy to work with as this was a little scary. I never ordered something this large prior to this time and was concerned with not having furniture delivered locally from a furniture store. The process was seamless and Andrew took all the apperhension away and we are completed satisfied with the choice to use Furniture Cart for this purchase...and we saved money.

TV stand was assembled and packed very well. Shipper used was courteous and helpful. Would buy from Furniture Cart again.

The product offered was as advertised. Easy instructions and assembly. Goes great with our basement. The only thing I would say negative is the original ad said would be delivered curbside in 2-4 weeks. Ended up being five weeks after a phone call to customer service told me everything was in stock, waiting for final inspection. I did get a human when I did call customer service that spoke clear English, which is rare these days.

Great job. Gentlemen setup the furniture. Removed all boxes.

I was very happy with the ordering process and the representative was helpful and informative. I knew that the piece I ordered was coming from the manufacturer and would take some time to arrive. The delivery process was easy and they took very good care to make sure there was no damage.

Couldn’t be happier with our purchase. The delivery men went above and beyond and the bookshelves are beautiful and made out of sturdy and quality materials. Highly recommend the company and the product. Customer service was also very helpful and knowledgeable.

I'd love to give 5 stars but my couch was delivered a week later than what was scheduled. We sat on lounge chairs for a week in the living room. But once delivered I have been very pleased. I love my couch and it was totally worth the wait. Also jeff was excellent with customer service. I would purchase again from this company
