I was informed of delivery options and scheduled my setup with great ease. They called with ETA and arrived on time. The crew of two men were professional and set up my furniture without any trouble. I would use this company again and tell others to do the same.

We love our new sectional! Although it took quite a bit of time to receive it, it was worth the wait! We saved about $800 purchasing it through FurnitureEtc, so waiting for a few weeks for delivery seemed reasonable.

Can’t beat the prices and I enjoyed how the updates came via email to let you know where in the process we were. It would have been nice if the process was a little faster which is why I only gave 4 stars.

I found my couch for a very low price and it came in great shape. Great communication throughout the process. Delivery was excellent.

Overall it was good and easy. It took around 2 weeks from the point I ordered to get delivered. Delivery guys were good they unpacked it and set it up. I checked the model in a local ashley, ordered with furnitureetc.com and I got it for half the price.

Very pleased with my purchase. At first the discounted price seemed to be too good to be true. I was concerned that the quality would be less than that I had seen in the store or that delivery would take months. But I was pleasantly surprised! The couch was the exact one that I saw in the store for a significantly higher price and was delivered within 2-3 weeks. The delivery company was less than desireable but I think they’re just contractors with the company and probably vary by location.

Very pleasent shopping experience. After some comparison shopping, I found the exact furniture set I wanted at a great price! Set up for delivery was simple and furniture arrived in a timely manner, looking just as beautiful as the pictures.

Order was simple, my order arrived in a timely fashion and the product was as described. Overall I feel like I got a great deal on a couch that was several hundred dollars more in my local store.

We found a couch that we really wanted at a local furniture Mart. I ended up checking out Furniture Etc after I got home and found the same couch for $300 less and half the delivery cost. So glad I searched the site first. Saved us enough money we were able to purchase a headboard and still remain under budget. Highly recommend them!
