This is a fraudulent business. Etsy should take this down. Purchased made and after 3 months, with enough communication, no item. Etsy will issue an instant refund but they clearly know this is a shell business.

If I could give minus one for this company, I would. I placed an order on 15th November 2024 and it has never materialised. The telephone number is unobtainable and, despite repeated attempts to contact the vendor via email, I have still had no response. Total scam, please avoid.
I will now have to try and get my money back via my credit card company.
Edited to say: Shortly after my review I received a message from the vendor and I did subsequently receive a refund.

Ordered clotted cream bookcase. Had to chase a few times to get a delivery date. But when it finally arrived, disappointed doesn't cover it. The shelves were not level & corner of the unit was practically hanging off, therefore it did not stand up straight. Total waste of money. Never again.
Order was never fulfilled. Had to get PayPal involved to get a refund which took 2 months. Seems like this company is a scam.
The craftsmanship with the furniture is excellent but the customer service is not. One understands that delays can occur for either supply issues or personal commitments but not communicating for weeks when asked undermines confidence. S short one line response either via email or text goes a long way.
Well made product, but the colour is nothing like the sample square shown. Was expecting something teal and got something bright blue.
Took 6 weeks to deliver, with no communication between purchase and delivery.
Absolutely delighted with this little blue bookcase, it’s perfect, I love it! Just the right size for the top of the stairs. Now I have somewhere to keep those classic children’s books my kids no longer want - will have to unearth more from the loft!
