I feared the worst when I decided to return the sofa, it looked great but way too firm, initially they wanted £150 to cover collection but we agreed a reasonable price that I thought was fair, the delivery men were top notch and great comms, overall they treated me well

From the day of order to the day of delivery ( 2 days).
When i got my 1st set of sofas I wasn't happy, not because they weren't nice because they were just small and compact for me, I called Furniture Instore. I was able to have them replaced with a different set of sofas and all this within 1 week.
Absolutely wonderful service provided and a joy to speak to them right through to the delivery people. Such friendly staff and experience.

I ordered 3 sofa 3 seaters they called me after 2 days to give me 48 hour time slot 06:00-09:00.
Sofa arrived at 06:10 the exact date able to see tracking through the email.
Great and kind team.

Ordered a roma recliners 2 seater sofa and 2 chairs from ordering online got a call on wednesday to say it would be delivered on friday between 9-11 am it arrived on the scheduled time the 2 delivery drivers were very polite did the job perfect from unpacking them to putting them inside the property also you can pay cash on delivery would highly recommend the company
