Called regarding a stain on my sofa, spoke to an adviser who arranged claim forms to be sent to me asap.
Came within the next couple days, filled out and sent back and received a call from technician to arrange a day for work to be done.
Came promptly, and removed the stain with ease, looks brand new!!
Would highly recommend.
