this is to say that we are still waiting on another big parcel to put our bed together, NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!

I got no confirmation orders. Asking for invoice and no one send it to me. Tracking number sent after I said I want to cancel. Still haven’t got deliver after a week purchase. Hard to contact cistern service

Have not recieved item been in Brisbane since the 21st June

the delivery with hunter is very delayed with a very bad service I hope you stop using this company for your deliveries

My delivery was shipped for delivery on the 22/06.
On the 24/02 a driver called me at 6pm and said no one was home and he couldn’t make the delivery which confused me as my partner had taken the day. I then got informed it’d cost extra to have it delivered. On the 25/06 my partner needed to take another day off as it was meant to be dispatched again. It is now the 28/06 and my purchase has yet to arrive.

I LOVE the bed head, But disappointed the frame will be delivered at a later date. Guess I’ll be sleeping on the floor until it arrives.

The order was spot on and arrived earlier than antcipated very happy

Looked lovely online, what a disappointment. Extremely cheap and nasty and after putting it together the last two drawer fronts were scratched and scuffed from transit. All in all a damaged piece of crap. Going to the tip.

The turn around from purchase to delivery time was unreal. Product is of quality & at a great price in comparison to shopping around. Removalist was quick, delivered right into my lounge room. Couldn’t recommend more.

The product we purchased was for adult cats. The large sleeping platforms are great and have been used already within 5 min of assembly. The only down fall is the size of the climbing side platforms that the hammock connect to. These are too narrow for adult cats to get up and down from.
