Ordered a table lamp which was showing…
Ordered a table lamp which was showing in stock, guess what once I had paid for my items I received an email saying it wasn’t in stock but hopefully would be within 7 days. Waited 7 days and yes the lamp and LED bulb were dispatched, bulb arrived but no lamp…. Email after email along with Facebook messages but no replies apart from one saying it’s on its way…. Err don’t think so as the courier say’s contact the sender… £95 out of packet thanks Furnwise not !!!! Will never use again

Made an order with this company, they took payment and gave me tracking number and date for delivery this date has passed and I contacted on a number of occasions and they finally replied.
They said they would chase up delivery and be back in contact which they didn’t.
I have sent them more emails with no reply.
Sorry I did not read the reviews on line before ordering…

Update - 21st Dec. Furnwise did eventually contact me but never chased my order as promised. However they did send replacements out after many emails which I will return (my original parcels eventually turned up after 4 weeks with carrier). Stools are lovely, I’m very pleased with them but wouldn’t buy from Furnwise again.
I’ve been trying to contact Furnwise for a week now, I’ve sent numerous emails but they do not reply. They do not have a tel number. I placed my order on the 20th Nov, it is now 6th Dec and no order received. I have edited my review tonight as I have finally had a reply email from them. Furnwise have promised to contact the carrier and chase up my order. I appreciate that my missing order is not Furnwise’s fault, however they need to be contactable to help customers with issues.
Awful company
Awful company, avoid at all costs! Ordered a bar stool that took over 2 weeks to arrive. It arrived broken, they seemed willing to help at first but a replacement still hasn't been sent. Not good enough & too easy to blame the delivery company.

Great site and furniture!
Was a bit dubious to order from a site I hadn't heard of, but spoke with them on their online chat and was kept updated on the progress of my order whenever I wanted an update. Stools look great, and were delivered on time!
Great looking comfortable chairs at a good price
Spent ages trawling shops and the internet for anthracite grey chairs. Found these so eventually ordered them. Service was great . Arrived after a few days. Took a little fiddling to put together (around 15mins per chair) but when finished look great and are really comfortable. Cost was about half the price when buying in shops.
No items received
We initially ordered coffee tables on the 15th October and are yet to receive our order. We were advised the first delivery was damaged and we were offered the option for this to be reshipped or a refund. We chose to ask for the item to be reshipped, as it was exactly what we were looking for for our new home. Two weeks on and the delivery company are still waiting for receipt of the parcel. I have contacted customer services at Furnwise on multiple occasions, they are quick to respond with reassurance, but I feel like nothing is actually being done with regards to tracking the item and expediting it. We have received no actual information on where it is and currently out of pocket. We will be requesting a refund shortly and going to an alternative reliable company.

I've noticed there are many similar customers with the same issues. Over promise, under achieve. Delivery been expected again and again, false promises from customer service, No solution offered.
The items weren't cheap, but unfortunately the customer service is.

2 bar stools
I bought 2 bar stool’s . Unfortunately it didn’t say they wasn’t in stock when I paid for them. So did take around 6 weeks . When I got a email to say they had be despatched and the date they would arrive. They didn’t. Got in touch with customer services who were lovely on both times and sorted the problem. They arrived the next day. Box a bit of a mess but fortunately the stools were perfect.
Metal table lamp
Bought a metal table lamp. Looks just as good as the online pics! Price/Value very good and very speedy delivery, in good robust packaging.
Dark dax pendant lights
I bought some pendant lights for my kitchen. They took around a week to arrive. Now fitted in, I can say they are absolutely stunning lights They look as amazing as they do on the website. Well pleased with them.
Gorgeous Floor Lamp
I bought an industrial type floor lamp which when it came was even nicer than i thought it is a gorgeous Lamp , and looks amazing in my room , i would highly recommend this company their products are very sturdy and worth every penny.

Great customer service from Furnwise. I purchased 4 bar stools from Furnwise. I received a double order by error. Furnwise team were brilliant. No problem in returning the goods and arranging a refund. The team communicated at every stage and we’re quick to respond to any questions and give updates. I would definitely use Furnwise again and recommend them too
Quality
Despite some delays with shipping I will still give Furnwise full marks. Thier communications were great and the arm chairs we bought were super comfy, look great, as per online pictures and description. Couldn't be happier.

for over 5 weeks, I do not have my order and no idea when it is arriving. When I purchased my item, I received an order confirmation of dispatched within 3 days.

Expensive Returns That Never Arrive
Items arrived as expected but because this is a Dutch company the cost to return the item was £19.95. With the original shipping cost I lost over £25 on an item I couldn't use. The customs documentation required to return the item is complicated and the instructions provided are incomplete. These forms should be filled out by Furnwise and not the customer as a mistake can result in lost items and no refund. Too much opportunity for the customer to lose their money entirely.
Update: 10/02/2023 The company said they did not receive the package from me, and said they couldn't track it even though I used THEIR pre-paid forms and label. So, I have lost my money. Definitely not a good experience!

I had been looking for ages for green bar stools and the ones from Furnwise looked like they would be just what we wanted. We brought 3 and they are fantastic the colour is just what we wanted. They are very comfy and look good in our kitchen would definitely order from Furnwise again.

I had really high hopes for this…
I had really high hopes for this company, ordered two gold side lamps and a three ringed gold centre light.
One side lamp arrived in perfect condition. The second lamp was all scratched and bent, Furnwise offered to replace no problem but the replacement lamp received is not fully covered in gold and therefore no use, I have contacted to request a refund as will now only keep the one lamp.
The three ring centre light is bent out of shape, again I have requested a replacement and am still waiting two weeks later - cancelled my electrician twice.
No phone number attached and I am now awaiting a three ring light replacement and a refund for a side lamp. If I don’t here over the next few days I am going to request refund via VISA for the whole order as one side lamp is no use - super disappointed wish I’d never used this company.

Bloody awful service and bloody awful…
Bloody awful service and bloody awful people! ... ordered 3 stools back 23rd August 2022 (stools showing in stock) ...having heard absolutely nothing from them in terms of delivery - we chased in September by email only to be told these 'weren't in stock' (surprise) but they would be back in stock by 7th October 2022; 4 working days later they would be delivered .... checked again 24th October (because again NOTHING from the supplier) .. chased again 28th October - and surprise they're not in stock ... shocking experience; shocking customer service .. order now cancelled and gone to a reputable service provider. Little word of advise - don't ever advertise 'excellent customer service' or you'll be taken to Trading Standards!!!!!
