DO NOT GET BROADBAND THROUGH FUSED.
Business broadband was sent to our student residence, as a mistake or a purposeful mishap I do not know. But we were battled by a customer service man who insisted not to cancel otherwise we would face a cancellation payment which would be the equivalent of paying for the whole year. Despite being well within the 14 days ‘cooling off period’ in which we can cancel the payment to a broadband we can’t use. Liam insisted that within the T&C’s we would have to pay a penalty for cancelling, despite the Virgin Media manager we spoke to in person telling us otherwise.
Discrimination to students.
Thanks so much Brandon for getting us the help we needed and going out of your way to provide the actual rightful cancellation of the broadband free of charge.
Brandon deserves a pay rise and is always amazing help to talk to on the phone.

The company bombarded with emails to pressure us to sign up. When we decided to back out, they emailed saying to book in a phone call appointment, they never called. I emailed and called and was on hold for 30 minutes the next day just to unhelpfully reply saying to book another appointment (none outside of working hours). They have made it incredibly difficult to cancel. (All except Theohari Walker who was very helpful).

My flatmate and I have been with fused for the past year and the support we have received has been absolutely top notch. I never normally leave reviews either good or bad, but the costumer service we have received over the past year has just been so great! From the start we were always able to talk to somebody over the online agent, phone or email with quick responses and easy routes to fix any problems. We never felt that we were being hounded for payments and the price we were quoted never deviated. A big shoutout to Beth, as at the end of our tenancy we needed to extend our package by a few days which was done by her without a second thought and so kindly dealt with, it was just simply added to our account as a one off. Even when we didn’t receive our sign up offer straight away, one phone call and the money was in my account the next day, which is not the typical treatment you would receive from many other companies. All in all I would and have recommended fused to many students, graduates and professionals who want super service and an easy and excellently priced bills package. Many thanks Fused team B&K

Following up from my bad Review of Fused 22nd August 2025 about the service we had from them for the year from July 2024 -June 2025.
Fused replied to that Review asking for information. Sounded good, didn't it?
But since we gave them that information...nil, zilch, nada.
They have not been in touch.
Conclusion: They recognise that they owe us ~£600 but would rather keep our money.
Don't trust this company.
The salespeople are very sweet on the phone. But when you have a problem suddenly it's all fake promises and "it's not our fault".
