I have nothing but praise for James and his team at Fusion Solar.

I was immediately impressed at the pre-sales visit where James talked me through the various options of systems that were suitable for my home, and worked out how and where they could be installed. He gave me a number of options and alternatives using different brands of equipment and I'm very pleased with the setup that we eventually agreed upon.

The installation went smoothly and James' team were great.

There was a small hardware issue post-installation and I only mention it in order to point out that the support from James and the team has been great in getting it resolved quickly and satisfactorily.

All in all, I thoroughly recommend Fusion Solar.

Fusion were great to work with from the start to the end of the process.
Working within our strict timeframes and budgets as our project was grant funded, James and the team couldn't have been more helpful and efficient. Communication was fantastic from start to finish and even once the panels were installed, they have continued to check in and provide fantastic customer service.

Prior to, during and after the installation communication from the company was excellent.
The work was carried out to an excellent standard, with competent installers, who where clean, tidy and helpful.
The system itself is working great and our electricity bills over the summer months has been ridiculously low! we are paying more in standing charges than actual usage. I would highly recommend this company.

We had an 8.29kWh PV system with 16.29kWh of Fox Cube battery storage installed by Fusion Solar earlier this year. While they weren’t the cheapest option, we chose them because they took the time to visit us, discuss our specific needs, and talk through all the available options. That personal approach really stood out.

The installation itself was delayed slightly due to weather, but once underway, the work was completed to a very high standard. The installation team were professional, considerate, and worked with us to ensure the disruption was minimal and that the finished result – especially the cabling – was neat and unobtrusive.

We also had a Fox EV charger installed as part of the project. Unfortunately, this has been the only disappointment. Despite Fusion Solar's continued efforts to liaise with Fox and support us, the charger feels unfinished – the app and features are clearly still in development and it’s not currently fit for purpose. Fusion Solar have offered to replace the unit with a different brand if we pay the difference, which I appreciate, but I’m reluctant to spend more money.

Overall, I’d rate Fusion Solar’s service 4.5 out of 5 (Won't allow me to give half stars). If it weren’t for the EV charger issue (which is more down to the manufacturer), this would easily be a 5-star review. I’d happily recommend Fusion Solar for their professionalism, workmanship, and customer service.

The installation was done with very little disruption to the building which is used by the community for village activities.
The time taken to do the installation was quicker than we had anticipated and the scaffolding and work site completely cleared.

Recently had solar and battery installation done by the fusion solar team. EVERY aspect of the installation from quote to aftersales was excellent and I don't use that word lightly. James and his team were absolutely committed to providing a first class service providing me with what I wanted including some excellent advise on what I didn't know I wanted until after installation when I realised it was exactly what I needed. I thoroughly recommend James and his team for their all round commitment to quality and customer service and have recommended to my friends and family who have placed orders. If you are after a quality product installed by someone who knows exactly what they are doing then I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you James and team

It was great to have the personal approach that can only be found with a small family business rather than a big organisation, I really felt like they cared.

James and the Fusion Solar team were polite, tidy and informative all the way through the process and installation. They were the only company that came out and did a site survey when quoting as well. Even after completion, James has been in touch regarding performance of the solar panels and we have since paid for an extra battery which was also fitted speedily with no interruption to us. We can't recommended the team at Fusion Solar enough.

We used Fusion for solar panels and batteries on 3 houses we use for holidaya ccomodation. Great knowledge, advice and suggestions on the site survey they did. Quote, installa nd products as prmosied. Good install, explained and overcame a few issues on site. Couldn't be happier and our bills are down nearly 70% !!
