I ordered a printer from them
I ordered a printer from them, but it was a black and white laser printer and I needed colour. I didn't realise it was the wrong one until I'd opened it. So, we called customer service to find out what to do, and they said if it hadn't been used we could return it to one of their stores and we'd get a full refund. Okay, great. So we took it to their store at Lyssach Center and we were told it was fine but they couldn't deal with it due to technical difficulties with the computer system. So, we went to the Fust in Schonbuhl and we were told it was fine, we could get a full refund, but we needed to come back as the guy couldn't figure it out on the computer. I asked if they had the printer I wanted and was told they didn't. So, I ordered the new printer I needed online and went back to Fust the next day for my refund (now this Fust is almost half an hour away from us, so each time it's over an hour journey. Various weird things happened next, I was told to bring in the new printer and the one I wanted to return. Not just the one I was returning. Then I was told I would need to pay the difference between them to get the refund. So, I paid the difference. I was told the refund would be coming within 2 weeks, that was over 3 weeks ago. Still nothing. Just weird ways of operating and not actually handling it. Still waiting for over 400 CHF back from them.
I'm happy to say they contacted me after the review here and sorted it out with 1 working day, and the refund came in. Thank you.

I'm incredibly disappointed with this…
I'm incredibly disappointed with this company (DYSON). They haven't refunded my 800CHF despite promising to do so for the past seven months. Every time I call, their agents tell me to wait until next week. It's unacceptable and has left me feeling helpless. I won't be purchasing any products from this company again.
