I received a shirt that was not as it was supposed to be. I reached out with a request and photos. I received a relatively quick reply and a solution was given quickly and a new item/replacement was sent to me without me having to go to the trouble of sending the faulty one back

Worthless

Worthless. Absolutely horrible company. The customer service is horrible. They pretend like they’re helping you but just goes round and round and nothing is resolved. I purchased a coat for my daughter for Christmas. I tried to return it cause it was too small. They said I couldn’t return it but would send me another product and can keep the original purchase. Told me to pick another item. Every item I select they say I have to choose something else. Now, 43 emails and 4 months later, they are asking me to send the link to their website to send the item I picked even tho I sent the full description and picture. Their clothes are expensive and to have to go through all of this for so long is ridiculous. I do not recommend this site and give them a negative -100. Purchased in November 2025. It’s almost April 2026. This is exhausting.

Very poor quality...

It took quite awhile from order to ship and then since the item was shipped from China the total lead time was about a month. When we received the item there was a serious flaw on the collar where a piece of the fabric was actually missing. Lastly, no free returns. We would have to pay international shipping, hire an export company and pay duties and taxes. Seriously?! So, enjoy my money. It should have been divulged that the item was being shipped directly from China.

Easy Exchange

I received my order and needed to exchange to a bigger size. I did not see any information in the package but there is a support email when I placed my order. I emailed them and they replied very quickly and will send me a replacement, I got a text that the order is already in its way. That is excellent customer service.

this company is a fraud !! they stole my money. they never sent any of my items. refuse to refund my money back after multiple requested. i placed this order 3 months ago and they STILL HAVENT SENT ME MY items. They are criminals

The jacket I bought was too big and…

The jacket I bought was too big and they sent me a smaller size no questions asked and let me keep the original jacket. Both pieces were as pictured. Great quality. I am impressed.

Save yourself the time!

Save yourself the time, energy, frustration and headache of ordering from this so called company. Extremely deceptive selling practices, expensive returns (one item would have cost me over 100 dollars to send back!) and just an overall waste of money.

“ Bohemian Floral Print…

I ordered the “ Bohemian Floral Print Cotton And Linen Striped Blazer” in large and it’s too small. I contacted customer service and they immediately responded. They requested my measurements and sizes I typically wear. As soon as I submitted my info, I was contacted again immediately. I’m told that they will be expediting the production of a new jacket for me and will ship it asap. They also said I can keep the jacket that is too small to give as a gift. I’m very pleased with the service, and, BTW, the too small jacket is adorable and is well made. Thank you and I anxiously await my new jacket!

The size 16 is a size 6 or SMALLER

The size 16 is a size 6! When trying to return it I was NEVER able to find the website to start the return. And of course you stated it was delivered 14 days before it was. The jacket was well made and exactly what I wanted but the sizing was completely misstated.

After being contacted by the company to email the company at a certain email the company further responded it was too late. Keep in mind when ordering from this company they are NOT customer friendly. I now have a well constructed jacket I paid $138 for the is a size something since my daughter who is a size 6 could not get it on either.

Great company!

I have placed two orders with Futario.
Both blouses are beautiful and high quality! Unfortunately, the second blouse was too big. Therefore, I contacted the customer service and they were very prompt in getting back to me. I offered to return the size too big for the smaller size, but they said to just keep the bigger size and they would ship me out the smaller size at no charge to me. This is great customer service and I highly recommend this company for purchasing beautiful clothing.!

I would never recommend ordering…

I would never recommend ordering anything from this company.
I have waited a month for a blouse and have received several excuses from different individuals.
2 weeks ago they told me they would cancel the order and refund mt credit card within 48 hours.
I never received the credit. I had to file a dispute with my credit card.
Bad business!
