UK returns
Don't bother buying from these if in the UK and trying to return an item. Its impossible and they are not helpful at all. Courier sends them an email, they denie receiving the email and they just ignore it. So the item gets returns back yourself.!

We ordered clothes for the summer camp of Barca…
We ordered clothes for the summer camp of our son. The clothes were too small and they have the policy not to replace clothes (?!?!?!?). Never heard about a online clothes for kids who does not replace clothes..
Update:
The company send me an email and mention here that this is their policy. That's exactly how a bad service feels like. They ask us to buy again (?!) with different sizes..
In the end, my son cannot go to the camp because of that.

As I ordered some tennis shoes nº 38 which is my size you gave NIKE shoes size 35/36. My foot doesn't fit in.
As I gave the sport shoes to someone very poorer, well, you haven't changed them despite my efforts.
Result,I have no tennis Shoes. The Adidas green ones, I walked with them but no luck, either. They just don't fit in. Should have been 39 size. No more shoes or tennis well saying bought from you. I disliked.
