Stay away! Ordered my son’s football boots online, money taken and got the confirmation email immediately. Then got an email two days later saying due to a system error the order had not gone through and to reorder. Then went to reorder and the price had gone up by €50!!! They since offered me 10% discount despite me saying I will go to Trading Standards as this is clearly a breach of our sales contract.
One week later, still waiting for the refund and they have completely ignored my last messages and conveniently, the size of boots I “purchased” has since sold out.

Never again will I deal with these crooks!

They don't update with the status of the delivery and in my case, the order never arrived, so the claim needs to be processed with Futbol Emotion and they just simply don't answer. So I paid for something I didn't get and basically lost my money, might need to continue this the legal way.

Great service. Currently in holiday in Spain and needed an urgent order. Delivered to my hotel without issues.

Bad, first tell me they don’t have the supply in stock to do the personalization. Second, I have a email confirming that the badge of the champions league was already stamp on the jersey (cost me extra 10€) !! I received, just a normal jersey with nothing that I add, and then, they still ask me if In the jersey the badge comes a part in a bag of plastic!!
So they don’t know what are they doing !!

I paid for the fast delivery and the process was fully respected, but i received the pairs with the lacess deteriorated, big problem when you buy a new shoes.

My son went to the Football Emotion store in Palma de Mallorca looking for football boots exclusively for use on artificial grass. The salesperson recommended a specific model, and we trusted his advice because this is a store specialized in football boots.

After only two uses, the boots were damaged. When we requested a replacement, the store’s response was completely different from what had happened during the purchase. They claimed that the salesperson had not recommended that model and that the boots had been used incorrectly, alleging that they had been used on natural grass, which is simply not true.

They also told us that they had contacted Adidas and that Adidas had rejected the replacement request. However, I contacted Adidas directly, and they confirmed that they do not get involved in this type of claim and that any replacement or warranty process must be handled through the retailer where the product was purchased.

The most disappointing part has been the after-sales service. I have exchanged more than ten emails explaining in detail what happened, but instead of reviewing the case, I keep receiving exactly the same generic copy-and-paste response saying that they cannot do anything. It genuinely feels like they do not even read their customers’ emails.

What upsets me most is not only that the boots were damaged after just two uses, but also the store’s lack of responsibility, the contradictions in their explanations, and their complete lack of interest in resolving the issue.

I would not recommend this store to anyone.

The box of the shoes was destroyed and the shoes were not packed properly and with some defects. I sent pictures. The shoes looked like they weren’t new!

The product was promptly sent and the response to the return and new product sending (size adjustment) was super clean and fast.

Though delivery service was awesome (package was received on a single day), there was a size issue provoked on my side. The issue starts here: I have asked for a Change on the size same day, a devolution order was created, and a new order for the right size created.

While waiting for being received I had some opportunities to buy the desired shoes size, but as it is for my kid, and I had already the commitment, I did not cancelled it. I even was at installations at porto, and was possible to buy it there.

Now, upon received my package, the order of the new size was cancelled without my knowledge, no message - I had to check on website to get acquainted with the money devolution - after investigate it, found out that requested size is out of stock. Though my understanding, from the moment the order is set, stock should be set captive.

Waiting for some reasoning from the organization.
