The futon mattress arrived promptly and was of excellent quality and comfort. Convenient packaging made the delivery and room placement easy to manage.

Shopping was great. Shipping was fast, and customer support was helpful. The product itself (Tiro futon frame) was a bear to assemble, mostly because there were errors in the instructions and missing hardware, though the video guide helped somewhat. The frame and futon (pulsar) are an odd match––the mattress seems sort of too big for the frame and it's an ungainly couch (but a comfy bed). Mixed bag!

The price was right for the products and the heavy duty material that I was looking for. Most impressive was the telephone call from customer service to ensure that I selected the correct sizes for each cover. That’s attention to detail. The products are well made and I am very pleased with them.

Overall experience was great! From online ordering, schedulling to local delivery and set-up, Futonland did a wonderful job. I'd defiantley used them again.

I ordered a futon cover. Futon land contacted me to make sure I wanted a smaller depth cover which I did. The delivery and wait time was reasonable.

I’m surprised by the positive reviews. I purchased furniture listed as “in stock” for $2,800, yet it took three months just to schedule a delivery date. During that time, customer service repeatedly told me they couldn’t provide updates because they were a third-party service working with the vendor.
The “in stock” claim felt misleading, communication was poor, and I received no email updates throughout the process. Customer service was also difficult to deal with, which only added to the frustration.

I only made the purchase from Futonland based on positive Trust Pilot reviews. There were two other furniture vendor options, one with lower pricing and I went with the higher Futonland option, based on reviews. Super disappointed!

I appreciate that after I placed my order someone called to double-check that everything was right. The delivery was prompt, and the futon and accessories are wonderful.

Misleading descriptions of products. Selling mattresses labeled as medium comfort that are so blatantly firm and uncomfortable they are unusable. Denying refund based on return policy. Who can return these mattresses?! An absolute disgrace wasting peoples time and money.
