Misleading the public, most likely a scam
Misleading the public, the company displayed a logo of a reputable store to misliding custome, but the products are coming from overseas. The package was never received, and it took more than two months. Their carrier says the package has been delivered, but we have never seen it. We don't go anywhere, no truck, no package. Sent several emails, but have never received a reply

Unsatisfactory website ordering experience
When I ordered on your website, you added items I did not want. I immediately emailed you off your website to ask you can my order -futu-126379- and you ignored that request and shipped anyway. When the order was received last week, I emailed again asking for instructions for how to return the order prepaid and have heard nothing. I still wish to return it.

Ordered two game consoles on 12/12/25
Ordered two game consoles on 12/12/25, but never recieved my order.I recieved an email 1/12/26 that my package was delivered to my mailbox, I was home that day and I never saw it.I tried to contact USPS customer service, but the Futumall tracking# format is not the same as USPS format, So USPS couldn't track my package.Tried contacting Futumall customer service,but keep getting a message that my email was undeliverable. . So at this point I am out $123 and no game console. I believe this is scam company out of China. SO BEWARE!!!!
