Absolutely dreadful company - do not use them! I pre-ordered the GPS Upgrade in March 2024 and have received nothing! I've called them 20+ times, emailed them and even written to them. They always have a useless excuse or simply don't answer and never call back despite promises that "Jamie will definitely call you back this afternoon".
Waiting to see how a Court Order works with them in terms of recovering my money. Have nothing to do with them!

Avoid company at all costs absolutely no care for any customers spending hard earned money on Chinese tack they then can't even have the deceny too respond too anything I send, traders standards will be informed tomorrow because it's disgusting someone can spend £1300 for no help

Was on the lookout for a Ridgemonkey aparael k2xp waterproof coat for winter fishing, looked all over eBay most had sold out of size large and those who had it were well over £100. Phoned them last Tuesday ( day after cyber Monday) and they honoured the previous days price of £71.99. Not only that I received it the following morning with free p&p.
Superb friendly service Give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

I found this tackle store by accident and I am glad I did. Been looking for a Sonik axs bivvy wrap, they where all sold out. Eventually found future fishing with stock. Plus it was also the cheapest. Had my notice it will be delivered tomorrow. Highly recommend and I will use again.

Never used these before but ordered some fishing gear before midday and it arrived the next day. What a fantastic service. Will be using them again.

First dealings with this company and I have to say it has left a great impression on me, Price paid for a Matrix fishing suit was a bargain and the delivery time is second to none, super quick. Will definitely deal with them again.
