We bought a new front door from Future Homes by Nationwide in Rugby to replace our rather old uPVC one. From the start the project was handled in a highly professional way, with friendly and obviously well qualified staff from initial survey through to the excellent product displays in the Rugby showroom, to the on-site fitting survey and then the actual delivery and fitting of the door.
The door itself is of traditional "Victorian" look, really solid and well made, with top quality fittings including the Kubu lock sensing system supplied as normal. Future Homes had no problem organising the unusual glazed arch over our frame, and everything was measured to perfect accuracy.
After-sales service is impeccable too - in one part of the door the fitters spotted a slight inaccuracy, very minor to my eyes, so pointed it out to me and immediately wrote out a report for the company, and amazingly within a couple of weeks a complete replacement door was supplied and fitted.
This is obviously a company that believes in top quality products and top quality customer service, so rare these days.
So I can fully recommend Future Homes by Nationwide in Rugby if you want excellent product at fair prices, with friendly cheerful staff at all times. And by the way, this is a very big company - you'll be pretty impressed if you go to the factory and showrooms, we were!
