Good commission for my DnD character but communication can be improved.
I was contacted through Discord by Amber who offered to do an art commission. I had wanted to do a custom illustration of my DnD character, so I took up her offer. I showed her the style and described the design of my character that I wanted. She was very kind and accommodating to my requests on certain details, and gave me an estimate of 4 weeks for it to be done. I was not receiving any updates on my commission in the weeks coming up to the estimated deadline. So I had to reach out a few times to check on its status and it took a few extra days after the 4 weeks for a draft to be done. I had requested some edits and fixes to be done, which she happily obliged, but there were a few times they forgot about the requested edits and I had to remind them what I needed fix. In the end it took about 6 weeks for the commission to be done and overall I am happy with how my commission turned out. But I do think communication needs to be improved in the future to make sure the process is more efficient and allow both designer and client to have better understanding of the work being requested and for it to be done in a more timely manner. I would have appreciated if they would have sent a quick message providing an update on the status of the order or provided drafts without me having to contact them first.

The artist was really nice and friendly. The Art came out better than I thought and looks really great but it took really long. Nearly 4 months of waiting for a Sketch and a lot of silence in between that is why I only give 4 Stars.
