I had two funded accounts and requested a $2,400 payout after earning over $3,000 profit. The CEO said they’d only pay me 30% split because I logged in from my gym’s Wi-Fi. LOL WHAT A PATHETIC JOKE!

I requested to pay me “50% split” instead of 30%. CEO Christian agreed and even then, I only received $598 total, nowhere near the 50% split.

After paying me, they reset both funded accounts and blamed “gym Wi-Fi,” saying I logged in from a public wifi wiping out all my profits. You also don’t get paid out unless you share your payout certificate in discord. Huge SCAM!

I have posted my honest Trustpilot review, and they have threatened me with legal action if I do not delete it.

This company changes terms, underpays traders, and intimidates anyone who speaks up. Avoid FuturesElite.

The support team has been very helpful. Whenever I had a question about how a feature works, they responded quickly and clearly.

Futures elite is a great prop firm! Anytime I have a question ill just ask Jay and he responds quickly! Love the feature that allows me to pass in one trading day.

I like that there's no maximum evaluation time. Being able to progress at my own pace reduces stress and allows me to really internalize the lessons.

Had an awesome support experience with Jay at FuturesElite. Out of the blue my new account got disabled so I reached out and it turns out, I had my VPN turned on when I was conducting the KYC verification so I was flagged due to a violation.

Whereas most prop firms would've pocketed my money and sent me on my way, they gave me another chance to complete the verification and reactivated my account swiftly. Really happy with how I was treated and it leaves a good taste in my mouth for how I'll be treated moving forward.

I am currently funded with them and honestly they have been the best in every single aspect. The support team is quick, friendly, and always willing to help. Trading conditions are smooth, spreads are fair, and commissions are more than reasonable. What I really appreciate is their approach to news trading. Instead of breaching your account if you made a profit during news, they simply do not count it, which feels way more fair compared to what other places do. That kind of transparency makes a huge difference. Overall, I am genuinely happy with them and I can confidently say I really love Futureselite.

On the recommendation of a friend, I started taking the exam and there were some difficulties for verification, but the support responded very quickly and helped in a very short time. At first, I was pretty disappointed and gave the company a low rating because a promo they were running didn’t end up being available in my country. It felt unfair, but to their credit they reached out to me right away. Not only did they fix the issue quickly, they actually went above and beyond what I expected. That kind of customer support really surprised me in the best way.

I’ve since updated my rating to 5 stars because they showed they actually care about their clients and are willing to make things right in a fair and transparent way.
