Fantastic food served by lovely staff. We had the Monday special which was very special.
Would definitely recommend, if you don’t know the items on the menu don’t be put off, just ask.
Myself and my husband came here for our Sunday lunch on my birthday.
From start to finish it was a delightful experience. From the warm welcome, and the excellent service by all the staff and of course, the amazing 3 course meal.
They even put a candle in my dessert and sang happy birthday which was unexpected. All in all a fantastic experience. (If I had been in private I would’ve drank the gravy from the gravy boat, it was so delicious!!)
I took my family here for my birthday meal. And I cannot tell you how amazing the experience was.
Firstly, the food was incredibly good - each dish we had was a masterpiece in itself - as the name of the restaurant indicates - they put a twist on classical dished from different parts of the world - and there was not one from the 7-8 dishes we ordered that disappointed. Delicious, inspiring and satisfying.
Then the customer service - absolutely friendly, warm, helpful and attentive. They make sure you are made to feel so special and so welcomed - total family experience.
All in all, cannot recommend this place enough - if you ever visit Abergavenny, it must be on your must-visit list.
