tried to communicate with company by phone and email with query, but they never responded. Eventually ordered product via their e-bay shop. No responces from company, nor any goods after 28 days. Used e Bays system to recover my payment-still nothing heard from company. Interestingly the item disappeared from their sites the day following my order. Customer services points zero.

Good quality product and so practical
Over the month I had 3 orders and all the items arrived promptly and in good condition. The crates are strong and so handy for storing the wine and other bottles in the garage and because they are stackable they take up very little floor space. Just the job.

First order was delivered using EVRI who were appaling said they tried to deliver first 3 times stating no one answered, the delivery address is manned 24/7. The second consignment was delivered using APC & once received by them arrived the following day with no issues. Great service from Kathy who efficeintly sorted the problems out.

I’ve given 5 stars, more for after-sales care as there were issues with my initial order. I received the wrong items, items that weren’t in good condition at all. Nobody is clear on what happened but the response and patience with my kicking off from Tony & Kathy was much appreciated. I received the replacement items today and couldn’t be happier. I would (And will) use again and am happy to give the benefit of the doubt as mistakes do happen.

Hi Christine. Many thanks for your review. As standard practice we offer a 48 hour delivery service (usually via Evri) from point of despatch with website orders, as well as a next day delivery option. However, in this instance, due to the large quantity of your order (and as we didn't have the numbers in stock), the products came directly from the manufacture who have a 3 day processing timescale between payment and despatch.
