Passed Both Phases but Denied Account – False Allegations

I successfully passed both Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the FXCI challenge. Instead of providing a live account, FXCI rejected my approval with two claims:
Hedging – Their FAQ clearly states hedging is allowed on a single account (only forbidden across multiple accounts). I traded on one account only and never held buy/sell trades simultaneously. Despite asking multiple times, FXCI has not provided a single trade example of hedging.
Consistency – Their FAQ also states there is no consistency rule. Yet, this was used as a reason to deny my account.
These allegations are not supported by their own published rules. When asked for proof or the exact rule applied, they repeated “internal RM review” without explanation.
If FXCI promotes “full strategy flexibility” but later rejects accounts based on undocumented criteria, it raises serious questions about transparency and fairness.

I urge traders to be cautious.

“Signs of hedging across multiple accounts.” Hedging within a single account is permitted, as stated in our FAQ. However, cross‑account hedging (e.g., opening offsetting positions across different accounts or in mirrored/copy setups) is not allowed. Our risk‑management systems flagged patterns consistent with cross‑account hedging.

“Overall inconsistency.” This label does not refer to a trading‑style “consistency rule” (we do not impose one). It refers to data integrity checks—for example, discrepancies across account metadata and execution signals observed during our internal RM review. We recognize the wording can cause confusion and will work to make this label clearer.

We never restrict “full strategy flexibility” beyond the published rules, but we do run integrity and correlation checks to protect all traders and our capital. While we cannot disclose security‑sensitive tooling publicly, we’re happy to review specifics with you directly and share the relevant order timestamps and log excerpts via our secure support channels. Review:
I had invested my hard-earned money in Fxci Frop Farm, trusting their platform. Unfortunately, it has been over 40 days, and I still haven't received my refund. Despite multiple follow-ups and promises, there has been no response or resolution from their end. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would advise others to be very cautious before investing with them.
This kind of unprofessional behavior raises serious doubts about the legitimacy of the platform.

WORST-STAY AWAY FROM THEM

WORST, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNFAIR and UNETHICAL. THEY'RE AFTER YOUR MONEY. STAY AWAY.

Passed two phase 200k$ account Phase I with 100% win rate (more than 25 trades) and Phase 2 with 85% win rate (more than 25 trades).
They took more than two weeks and came back stating three reasons i)high margin usage , ii) my trading pattern resembles group trading / copy trading and iii) I use hedging between accounts without any evidence. I honestly haven’t done group / copy trading or hedging. I’ve used full margin in 4 trades.
Their FAQ clearly states you can use full margin. It also states there is no maximum lot limit. They also mentioned no hidden rules. Their review policy contradicts what is mentioned in FAQs. FAQ is the first place any trader will look for before buying any challenges. If there are such rules that is used to evaluate the traders, it should be clearly listed as a rule. They can’t state it after days and hours of hard work and passing the challenges. These would’ve never come to light until you pass a challenge. You’ll keep losing your money until you fail the challenge. You’ll get back your money refunded if you pass the challenge. This is their basic funda.
If you use full margin and lose a challenge, they don’t care. Rules don’t apply when they take money from you.
After my experience, I reviewed Trustpilot feedback and noted similar concerns about unclear rejection criteria.
Avoid this company and pay some extra money to a trusted firm and get funded.
Passing a two phase 200k$ is not that easy and after doing all the hard work, false claims of group trading and hedging is totally unacceptable. They can’t survive longer if they go like this.
They said my challenge fee will be refunded. It is not about the refund of the fees. it is about the integrity of the service. I came to know about the hidden tricks after spending time and money for multiple challenges.
What about the time and money I spent for multiple failed challenges without knowing I’ll never get an expert account even after passing.

Additional Notes (After their latest reply):
Now they've changed their stand about high margin usage and putting blame on me about group trading / cross-account hedging WITHOUT ANY EVIDENCE.
They've stated "we identified trading patterns in your passed Challenge that closely match those of several other traders." I do not understand how foolish of a statement is this. There are millions of traders in this market and I don't understand how they're comparing my trades. Without stating any evidence, putting the blame on me is absolutely ridiculous. They can use this statement against anyone to reject an account. They'll never change.

Cross-Account Hedging is another BASELESS CLAIM.

We need to stay away from this firm.

For this reason, the Risk Management team conducts its review only after a user has successfully passed the Challenge and applies for an FXCI Expert Account. We do not review failed attempts unless suspicious patterns in the most recent passed Challenge indicate the need to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the users’s activity.

After careful consideration by our team, we identified trading patterns in your passed Challenge that closely match those of several other traders. These patterns strongly suggest participation in prohibited practices such as group trading, copy trading, or cross-account hedging. Such behaviour violates the explicit terms outlined in our Terms & Conditions (T&C) and undermines the fairness and integrity of our evaluation process.

Regarding margin usage, while full-margin utilisation alone is permissible — as clearly stated in our FAQs — it becomes problematic when combined with patterns indicative of non-individual trading methods. Our FAQs provide general guidance, but the T&C you accepted before participation explicitly prohibit such activities.

According to our standard policy, the evaluation fee is refundable only if a trader has passed the Challenge and subsequently failed the Risk Management review. In this case — despite a clear T&C violation — we processed a refund as a one-time exception. Please note that future refunds under similar circumstances will not be granted.

We take all feedback seriously and continually strive to improve transparency; however, our evaluation and decision are final.

Pathetic customer care

i finished my Phase1 500$ profit challenge in very first day and waiting more than 8 days there is no reply from the support after sending 3 emails.. customer support service is pathetic. i think the company dont have a customer support service. Scammer

Do not trust this prop firm, they are scammers, they tell 24/7 support but instead no ones available on support as well as they dont even reply to your emails as well, i completed their evaluation phase 1 and i didn’t even received my live account, however i didn’t even received their where the contract is need to be given, running a prop firm and can’t give customer support anywhere, i lost my money but i make sure no one else should lose their money, this company is a freaking scam prop firm i have ever experienced.

They just time out everyone for a week on discord when you try to get the live account after they successfully scam people and get their money, instead giving the contract and live account they dont even reply on email as well. If you go on discord try to contact their moderators and support team. They don’t even reply on time and when you try to get to know each and everything about the account they gave you the time out on the server so that you cannot contact them again. This is the kind of behaviour they do to their clients. I want to sue them all in the nearest Court.

Unfortunately I have not even received any of the email from them which are regarding in terms to account or live account and they are telling me to check the spam/junk folder carefully, but they don’t even know that they haven’t even sent me any email regarding the account or the contract and that they are trying to play this game with me,i haven’t received any live account till date after completing their phase 1 Package, they didn’t even send me any contract as well as I haven’t got any live account from them and even after mailing multiple times they are not even replying. This is how they are behaving with their clients. and they are not even providing proper support on discord as well whenever you go and complain about any accounts and so their moderator will come and ban you for at least a week and this is how they are running this scam from over the world, don’t lose your money into this company. They are just scammers eating everyone’s money out there, don’t waste your money on this scam company. Please make sure you read this review carefully. I have fallen into this trap, so I don’t want you all to get into this trouble, thank you so much.

Update on 14th June 2025
Positive update on the account, I have received my contract as well as LIVE account and now I am trying to trade on it, and I will let you know when I will receive my payout. How long does it take to give the payout and how will I receive the payment? Keep in touch thank you.

Passed 100k challenge but didn't get live account.

I passed 100k challenge with all the rules on 1st of May. They are telling me that they can't provide me live account because of inconsistency. That's totally nonsense.
Last time when I cleared 25k 2-phase challenge they ask me to clear 2nd phase again. I cleared 2nd phase two times.
Then they gave me live account after that I gain around 1900+$ and then when I requested for payout they gave me payout but closed my live account, saying that I have requested more than 5% ie. daily drawdown and closed my account.
I just explained them that they have to create any Pop-up while requesting payout about their drawdown rule.
I didn't know about this rule but they said it's out of their hands.
Then I purchased 100k challenge and passed it with consistency following all the rules.
I cleared it on 1st of May. Now after a long time what they are telling me that they can't provide me live account.
I spent lot of time to execute trades with proper risk management and this is what I got in return.
I am really disappointed this time first I lost 25k live account and now they don't provide me 100k live account.
Feels cheated by them.
