Waste of time
Waste of time if you do not sound and look British. After talking with them on the phone 4 times and visiting their site to meet someone in person, I was refused an account with them for no reason. Very aggressive and impolite on the phone and in person. I was asked where I am from, even after providing them with an EU passport and a UK driving license. I was treated like a thief since the first moment that I went on their place to ask more information and open an account with them. They might answer to this review and say that this is not true, but if you have everything needed, even a registered music production company, as I do, but you look suspicious to them because of your face features, you will be treated bad and an account with them will be refused. Rating one star because there is no option to rate zero.

Good company who accept feedback
I’ve had many tapes transferred over the years at FX and never had an issue. I’ve always found them professional and keen to do a quality job. My most recent experience did necessitate the need for some feedback which they have acted on immediately and I’m happy with the resolution.
