For now the only issue is whenever after login and i close my browser without logout, then if i attempt to login again it will just blank screen and i got email informing me that someone try to login into my account

Your questionnaire needs to be improved. There are questions with no option for small traders to answer. And some are irrelevant.
Please create, if possible different set of questions for small traders vs investors. We are bind to the answers given and that, we have to state and honest answers.
