Best on the market and also incredible support team
It's literally the best platform for backtesting, the features are amazing and the support team is incredible, I had an issue with an account that did not work properly and Vivek from the support team assisted me with every step, had the patience to guide me through what should I try in order to fix. Finally found a fix in the end and even extended my free trial period for the inconvenience. While I was having issues I tried other platforms but nothing came even close to what fxReplay offers. Thank you again Vivek!!!

Good Customer Support
I bought the intermediate plan and realized it was not meeting my requirements so I wanted to upgrade to Pro plan. The issue was it would have charged me the full price of Pro plan when I just wanted an upgrade.
Saeed helped me get through this quickly. I am very satisfied.

Best Backtesting Software + Journal
I was using / trying different competitors before. In FXReplay I found what I was looking for.
1. Very extensive backtesting capabilities. What I like especially is the ease of journaling during backtesting, the stability of the backtesting software and the quality of the indicators. No competitor delivers the same backtesting capabilities.
2. Nice and simple journaling for live trading with import from Tradovate. Most journaling apps are way too overloaded for me. FXReplay keeps it simple (Notion-like) and has everything I need. What I expect is ease of attaching screenshots and adding tags.
3. Awesome email support. Mostly replies within minutes. Resolved an issue with imports of my live trades within half a day and I even received two weeks of free subscription.
4. Pricing is more than fair. Especially for people that require seconds charts for backtesting, most competitors are more expensive.
For my needs FXReplay is an 11/10. I can only advise to give it a try. It also has a free plan, which many competitors lack.
