Misleading Information Before Purchase

I had a disappointing experience with FxSVPS due to misleading information provided before I purchased the service.

I specifically asked whether I could start with a free server location and later transfer to the New York server without paying the additional $2 premium-location fee. I was clearly told that I could use the one-click location transfer and move to New York without the extra charge.

After purchasing the service, I was then told that New York is a premium location and that the $2 fee still applies. Support admitted that the earlier information was incorrect, but they did not immediately honor what I had been promised.

The issue is not the small $2 fee itself. The problem is that I made my purchasing decision based on information given by their representative, and the company later refused to stand behind that information.

I requested cancellation because I no longer felt confident in their sales practices. Potential customers should make sure they get all pricing and location fees confirmed in writing before purchasing.

We would like to clarify that our server locations do not all have the same pricing. Premium locations, such as New York, have higher infrastructure and operating costs, which is why an additional location fee applies when upgrading or transferring to those locations.

Unfortunately, the information you initially received was inaccurate, and we understand how that led to your disappointment. However, the premium location fee is part of our standard pricing policy and applies equally to all customers. It is not a fee introduced specifically for your order.

We also noticed that a PayPal dispute was opened before we had the opportunity to fully resolve the matter through our support team. We always encourage customers to contact us first, as we do our best to find a fair solution whenever possible.

We genuinely regret the misunderstanding and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our communication. We wish you all the best and thank you for giving FXSVPS a try.

so far so good. The cost is quite cheap compared to other providers. Depending on the packages you subscribe to. the lower tiers can be quite laggy but still meets the basic needs.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS VPS

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS VPS, FIRST OF ALL THE RESPONSE TIME IS TERRIBLE, I MEAN FOR TRADERS TIME IS EVERYTHING. A SLIGHT DELAY CAN REALLY HURT SOMEONE'S TRADES. EVEN THE EMOTIONS CAN GET AFFECTED, THERE ARE SOME ELIAS THERE AND ITS LIKE THEY ONLY RESPOND WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE, OR IT FELT LIKE THEY RESPONSE IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR PACKAGE, I FELT LOOK DOWN ON, ATLEAST THEY SHOULD GET A BOT TO RESPOND AS A FIRST ASSISTANT & THE BOT WILL NEVER DISCRIMINATE. THEN THERE IS THIS ISSUE WITH LATENCY MORE THAN 200MS. YES YOU HEARD ME RIGHT +200MS MIND YOU THE VPS IS PRACTICALLY IN THE SAME 'ROOM' WITH MY BROKER, I FOR ONE AM IN A 3RD WORLD COUNTRY WITH VERY POOR CONNECTION & MY PERSONAL PC HAS A LATENCY OF 50MS MORE THAN 10,000 MILES /KM AWAY, SO I REALLY CAN SAY MUCH THE DATA SPEAKS FOR ITSELF, NOW FXVPS ASKED ME TO PROMOTE ALL THIS FOR US $6 DISCOUNT, I'LL RATHER SKIP, THANK YOU!!!!

First, regarding support response times: we understand that traders often require quick assistance, particularly when an issue may affect an active trading environment. Support priority is **not determined by how much a customer pays**, and no customer should feel that they are being looked down on because of their package. We are reviewing the communication in your case internally.

Regarding the **200+ ms latency**, we would like to clarify that the physical location of a VPS and broker server alone does not guarantee a particular latency. The result can also depend on the broker's actual trading-server location, network routing, ISP/carrier paths, and the specific MT4/MT5 server being connected to. In some cases, a broker may advertise one location while individual trading servers are hosted or routed through a different network.

That said, 200+ ms is certainly something we would want to investigate. If you provide us with the broker name, exact MT4/MT5 server name, and your VPS details through the support ticket, our technical team can check the route and latency from the server directly.

We also want to address your comment regarding the **$6 discount**. Any discount offered by our team should never be interpreted as payment for a positive review or as a requirement to promote FXSVPS. Customers are always free to leave completely independent and honest feedback. If our communication gave you a different impression, we apologize for that.

I purchased their VPS service

I purchased their VPS service, but the performance was extremely poor. The VPS was very slow and kept hanging frequently. After using it for only 2–4 days, I requested a refund, but they refused to provide one. Very disappointing experience — the service quality is extremely bad and not worth the money. I would not recommend this VPS provider.

Very fast setup

I received my VPS credentials in few minutes before then i contacted their support and was assured of immediate setup and so was it. Very fast VPS service and very reliable. I recommend this company.
