I signed up with FXTM today
I signed up with FXTM today, and honestly, my experience wasn’t great. I reached out to their support with a simple question about spreads and commissions a question you’d expect to be answered quickly since it comes up so often but they told me I’d have to wait 24 hours for a response. Also, while their website has a clean, minimalist design, it’s really confusing to navigate. For instance, I couldn’t even copy my account number. Overall, it just left me disappointed.

FXTM Invest was the only reason I used and recommended this broker, with it gone, this broker became just another one amongst many. It no longer has any competitive advantage.

Withdrawl is not okay.
I can deposit easily via thai QR pay but i cannot withdrawl my profit.
Except Withdrawl other services is very smart such as swap commision spread.

I asked for withdrawal from my account and asked it to be closed
They transferred my money to their account and refused to close the account
now they are charging me for not using that account
Its a total scam and fraud

Absolute scam
Absolute scam - they take approx £800 a month with false promises of payment. There is always another made up fee until you run out of money, but they won't take no more as an answer . They just keep pestering and now I'm so desperate I feel I have to keep going . 18 months I've been trying - I know I'm an idiot but they are so persuasive each month they make me believe that this is actually going to happen 😪💔

Worst Forex broker I have ever met!!! Not reliable!!
I have an account there and they are charging me monthly fees for inactivity, I filed several complaints for not allowing my balance to be withdrawn, including with the regulator and until now they have not allowed the withdrawal, in the meantime FXTM is wasting my balance with account inactivity fees. Don't open an account with this brokerage, don't waste time or money!!

Since we're regulated, we follow strict verification protocols when it comes to processing of payments - this is crucial to ensure safe & secure transfer of your funds. These verification protocols include submission of documents or payment proofs to verify the payment method - we can only process withdrawals back to the original account used to deposit funds initially and only once verification steps are complete.
