I recently had an issue with an order where some of the needles were missing/damaged. I contacted the company and was genuinely impressed with how quickly they dealt with it.
Within 24 hours, they had sent out a replacement package. The customer service was excellent throughout — friendly, responsive and, most importantly, they actually sorted the problem without any hassle.
It’s easy to judge a company when something goes wrong, but for me, it’s how they deal with the problem that matters. In this case, they did exactly that.
Very, very happy with the customer service and the way the issue was resolved. I’d have no hesitation using them again. 👍

Quality. Professional service.
The questions were a bit lengthy but I can understand that given that it was medication.
My order arrived really quickly (within a few days). It was a relief not having to wait weeks to see my GP and the cost was relatively cheap. Would definitely order again.

Declined as I have blood pressure meds despite blood pressure being one of the conditions accepted for weight loss RX.
Misleading advertising snd perhaps this should have been made v clear that you dont accept patients with high blood pressure

Item is always very well packaged and sent with DPD. I have been using Fylde for over a year now. Always well priced without the need for discount codes so I’ve just stayed with them rather than constantly changing suppliers in order to maybe save a fiver, if that. Highly recommended.

Non delivery
Amazon tell me they had a problem with delivery and the parcel will be returned to you. On checking it seems it got to an Amazon depot and got no further. I checked the order on you site and the address is correct.

As you ordered prescription medication, your order first had to be reviewed and approved by our Pharmacist. All prescription medication orders require our Pharmacist to carefully review your medical consultation, carry out the necessary checks and complete an appropriate clinical assessment before the order can be approved and dispatched. Our Pharmacist had some queries of which you have responded to them a day later and as soon as she received the response your order was approved and despatched straightaway and with in 24 hours your order was delivered to you.
We understand that you paid for our next-day delivery service, and we appreciate your frustration. However, the next-day delivery timeframe applies once your order has been clinically approved and dispatched. Once your order was approved, it was delivered to you within the next 24 hours.
As a regulated online pharmacy, we are required to follow the appropriate processes and guidelines set by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). We vet and clinically review every prescription order to ensure it is safe and appropriate for the patient before dispensing and dispatching medication.
