I contacted Fylde Law after a multi-disciplinary panel had recommended that my Mother was not entitled to NHS Continuing Healthcare funding, despite her having health needs which were complex and unpredictable. John Blott (Fylde Law) acted on her behalf and was successful in overturning the decision on Appeal. Without his help and experience I do not believe that she would have received the funding to which she was entitled.

Used Fylde Law for dealing with my mother and fathers estate including Probate, Inheritance tax applications and distribution of the estate. They have been very helpful, efficient and professional dealing with what has been a very difficult situation.

I have recently made a medical negligence claim through Fylde Law St Anne’s. My solicitor Sebastian Sinclair and his assistant Jillian McNamara have worked so hard to gain a successful result to my claim. They have regularly kept me up to date on the progress and any queries or phone calls I made were dealt with promptly. Also due to my poor health any phone calls or meetings relating to my claim were arranged to entirely suit me, for which I am very grateful.

Quite simply, awful. Agreed a date for a house we were purchasing, that was then delayed because they didn’t want to chase up local authority searches, they then failed to notice a simple financial irregularity with our buyer (which he had already notified them of!!). In short, an absolute disgrace of a company that are incompetent beyond belief.

All I wanted was conveyancing done on the sale of a property it is now nearly 5 months since they were instructed and still not done. The original solicitor was furloughed and nobody bothered to let me know, luckily I phoned to see what was happening so they handed it over to 1 of the directors to complete, After another month of nothing but promises I complained so now they just ignore all attempts to contact them and I have no idea what is happening or if they are going to finish this transaction at all. DISGUSTING

Fantastic friendly firm of solicitors. I honestly can't recommend them highly enough. Our solicitors Sebastian and Gillian are amazing, they're only ever at the end of the phone and always return our calls if they've been out when we've called unlike our previous solicitors.
They are friendly, professional and we have the utmost confidence in them. They are true professionals who go above and beyond. We've found them fantastic and definetly the best solicitors by far in the blackpool, wyre and fylde area.

Do not approach this firm to undertake anything that requires a crown court trial. Completely out of their depth with this. Inaccurate information given and false hope.
