I bought an USB-C adapter on 13th…
I bought an USB-C adapter on 13th February came 5 days later yesterday 7th March 2023 i put my phone to charge my phone wasn’t working. The adapter isn’t good quality!
Otherwise my computer complain was addressed & refund made today.
Am a happy customer will continue to be your customer infact I still ordered another adapter & phone case yesterday.

I ordered a wrong item and sent a message directly to cancel the order. Of course they have ignored it and have the item sent! Typical unethical Swedish logic.

This means that we are unable to cancel an order that has been placed, even if we wish we could. However, I have taken this information to the store and we have decided to refund you for your product and the money will be put into your account shortly.
Your product will still be sent to you, but it is not something you have to return. I hope you are satisfied with this solution.
