Website says glasses can be returned within 30 days for exchange or refund. When I reached out all I was offered was a 20% discount on another pair. I will not recommend nor ever purchase from them AGAIN!

FYTOO has the best products and customer service
I received my heart shaped glasses from FYTOO and constantly receive compliments on them. The delivery time was fast and the customer service was A1. I placed another order for 2 pair of glasses and they were stolen from my mailbox! FYTOO customer service responded quickly and they are sending me a replacement order at no cost to me. I definitely recommend them for low-cost, fashionable eyewear.

I was looking online for some new glasses and see this company fytoo the style of glasses were great and better styles to uk brands and at a great price, I picked a pair out of their range and had lenses tinted, the glasses arrived after about 2 weeks and I must say they are excellent the fit, style, and light weight they honestly feel as if they were custom made, I alway give good reviews when I receive great items and this is mine for this company
