Good communication and great-looking…

Good communication and great-looking frames.
I tried 2 other companies and wasn't happy at all with the prescription lenses or the look of the frames.
The 2 pairs I've gotten from Fytoo are great and I get lots of compliments. Their communication is excellent also.

You can’t return it.

If you keep in mind to return it if you don’t like .. then don’t order here I order one delivered in week didn’t like cheap plastics..so contact support to return they initially offered 30%discounts on next pair instead of return when email few times they agreed to return, gave me address somewhere in china to sent back and when I checked with post they told around $90 to sent to china through express post … its sort of trap.

The experience that I had with fytoo…

The experience that I had with fytoo was amazing. Customer service was responsive and worked well with me as a customer. They went above and beyond, they helped me with my order to make sure the order was correct. The website was easy, plug and play and if you mess up send a email to customer service they will get u straight.

amazing glasses

I received your glasses a few days ago, and they're great. I really like the way they look, but I was also pleasantly surprised by how well they were packaged. The fact that they came in bags, with extra wipes and a mini screwdriver was simply amazing!
I'll definitely recommend your glasses

Incorrect Measurements and Poor Customer Service

I would strongly caution consumers before ordering from Fytoo.

I ordered glasses advertised as “medium” with a listed frame width of 137 mm. The glasses I received were much larger and measured approximately 145 mm across when placed on a ruler. I sent the company clear photographic evidence, but customer service repeatedly insisted the frames were still 137 mm despite the measurement being visible in the photo.

The replacement process became even more frustrating. I selected replacement glasses through my cart with photochromic/darkening lenses already chosen and instructed customer service to process the glasses in my cart. Instead, they processed the order with clear lenses. I contacted them immediately to correct the mistake before shipment, but they later claimed I had selected the clear lenses myself.

The overall experience has involved inaccurate product descriptions, poor communication, refusal to acknowledge documentation, and a very frustrating return/replacement process.
