They spent two hours trying to repair my oven, and even though it was ultimately deemed beyond repair and a replacement was recommended, I was only charged a diagnostic fee for their thorough work.
Knowledgeable, polite, and arrived promptly the same day.

We have reviewed your appointment history with us, and while we are sorry to hear you're not happy with our service, we feel that we have been fair throughout your complaint.
We understand that there is a leakage coming from the "ubend" part under your kitchen sink which we had to replace when installing your new dishwasher.
The part we replaced was brand new, and having visited your property three times to investigate further, we now think that the reason the part keeps leaking is due to the overall installation of your kitchen sink pipework causing the "ubend" to come out of position and leak.
This is not something we can help with, hence why we have suggested for a plumber to be called out and have also offered a partial refund to accommodate for the circumstances.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and please do get in touch with us if you have any other questions or concerns.
